   I visited this store over the weekend looking for new sports clothes. Initially, an associate on the floor offered generic recommendations and pointed out a few standard outfits. I tried them on, but I wasn't entirely sold on the fit. That's when the experience completely transformed! I asked the lady in charge of the fitting rooms for her opinion. She immediately looked at me, asked for my size, and went to bring me exactly what I was looking for! She instantly knew what fit and fabric would suit me best, finding two fantastic options. I ended up buying one of the items she recommended. A huge thank you to Madelena, her expertise made my shopping experience truly great. Because of her, I found the perfect piece!

   I have visited the store, just to enquire about the day when the Black Friday sale was about to Start. The way he responded was very aggressive could have responded in a polite manner. Didn’t even bother to know what I was trying to ask, Just responded can’t tell you what items are going to be on sale which wasn’t even what I was intending to ask. Just made me leave the store by the way he responded.

I had the pleasure of being assisted by a staff member , and I can't express enough how helpful he was throughout the process. From the moment I approached him with my simple question, he responded promptly and without hesitation. What really stood out was his commitment to customer service—despite the store being quite busy and all the checkouts filled with other customers, they didn't let that hinder his willingness to help. He took the initiative to go to another checkout line just to assist me more quickly, which I truly appreciated. His attitude was genuinely positive and encouraging, making the whole experience smooth and stress-free.    A large two-story department store in Wembley, London Designer. There are many varieties and I recommend it to Nike lovers. I thinks you can find what you're looking for. Many kinds. I can't comment as I don't have much communication with the staff. If you have time, you can shop more comfortably on weekdays.

   Good selection and offers, but today was a pointless queue, both self-service tills were closed, just one guy serving, other staff just standing around chatting to each other. I got stuck behind two people doing returns so it took even longer. Sales guy didn’t even acknowledge the long queue. Try and make it easier to buy your stuff maybe?
