   Bought these beautiful shoes for my wife as we were going to attend a wedding. Service was wonderful as.youd expect when buying an £800 pair of shoes. however, after the first wear of around an hour the leather started to lift. It's a shame the quality isn't what it once was. Refused to exchange them and have had to be sent for repair... shoddy customer service.

   Didn't have the pair I wanted....needed to order blar blar anyway still boughta bar... no champagne either buying expensive shoes. Can't keep on pulling out the covid card Move on, others have !! However staff were attentive...well I guess cos I was the only customer...

   Visited here at Christmas to buy some Christmas presents. Staff were extremely knowledgeable, friendly and attentive. They even offered us two glasses of champagne, which was greatly appreciated and got me (and my credit card) into the Christmas spirit. Well played Jimmy Choo.
