   The pharmacist is rude & obnoxious… unhelpful & his duty of care needs addressing too! Not my usual Chemist ‘ thank goodness’ was sent from my Doctor to pick up BP monitor. If this happens again ‘ hopefully not’ I will refuse & ask for another Chemist! While I was sat waiting for over 10 minutes there MUST of been 3 complaints & 6 people that was short in their medication ☹️ questionable I’d say & disappointing for their patients too!

   Never usually have a problem with this pharmacy but after waiting in all day for my sons epilepsy meds that he needs for morning to be told when I rang up to chase up delivery that the delivery driver rang in sick apparently! Was asked if i can collect and also can i collect all future delivery’s after recommending the delivery service the previous week. Unreliable and unprofessional il be taking my custom elsewhere.

   Wouldn’t even give these 1 star, I entered the store 6 minutes before closing time and the man behind the counter refused to take my proscription, got his phone out and started scrolling through whatever he was looking at, I advised it is urgent from my doctors that I start this medication ASAP, the man turned around and said “you are not my problem I don’t have time to look for your medication” and told me to leave the store as he is closing.. there is many more reviews showing how bad service in this store is.

   Constant disruptions with my mother's repeat medication that's delivered to her address . Topped it off this weekend when vital medication was missing for the whole month . It was delivered Friday . Had to call 111 to get a local pharmacy to sort for 4 days , as this one is shut. Then have make a trip back to the pharmacy in the storm when the pharmacy is open to sort the original medication that should of been sorted and delivered. Absolutely appalling.

   On two separate occasions... days apart, the "bear with us" lady put me on hold for more than 10 minutes and never came back. On the second occasion, she forgot to put it on hold and I heard her entire conversations, laughs, and pauses as I was at my 15th minute on "hold". God forbid you ask her to order medicine for you... only to find out nothing was ordered the following week when calling the doctors' almost going without for believing her. Two-star because in-person, when not over the phone, they are polite and nice.

   Can't give 5 stars because I only shop there now and again but not for prescriptions. So can't review all. Polite staff as you'd expect. Usual covid safety measures in place.
