   The pharmacist was ever so helpful with my 82-year-old father. She actually got me an appointment at the surgery and was very empathetic and understanding towards him. She was great with me too. Then, Chris who works (with long legs) at the pharmacy actually delivered the much-needed antibiotics to my dad, because I couldn't get there for a few days because my car had broken down! Omg thank you everyone, restored my faith!

   No problems at Christmas times unlike other pharmacies, answered the phone straight away and prescription ready on time. Great staff, easy to talk to and very welcoming. All the ladies were friendly and had bargains on sale.

   After waiting 40 minutes in an empty shop because the pharmacist was chatting on the phone, I really should have gone elsewhere. I didn't, and am still waiting for part of my prescription 4 weeks later with no interest from the staff. Avoid at all costs.

   Staff have recently changed at this branch and are completely incompetent and rude. I was called petty by a member of staff when I wanted her to stand closer rather than stand behind a tall partition and have me shot of my personal details to the whole shop. They would rather request emergency prescription because the computer says it's not there than check the cupboard where they are sat waiting. Not worth it.

   Been ringing this well chemist on reddish rd for an hour [40 times] on behalf of my 89year old mother-In-law this is absolutely discussing, always have problems with this chemist will never use it again, the girls are rude and obnoxious.DO YOU EVER ANSWER YOUR PHONES? For a company that has been HELPING customers for over 70years you think that you would have more of an idea how to treat and respect your customers,

   If I could give no stars I would. Terrible service Delivery doesnot happen when it should.Despite having our prescriptions for over a week the next week on our scheduled delivery ,Thursday the driver had 'forgotten ' part of my medication. I was assured of delivery on the Friday. They don't open on Saturdays and was reliant on my missing tablets. At 5pm on the Friday I was reassured that they were on their way. Of course they didn't arrive. Received a phone call from their pharmacy at Houldsworth Square to say the staff had left my medication there on the Friday evening ,having to pass my house! Tried to contact their head office but unable to get through,surprise surprise. This month my prescription arrived Wednesday and not my husbands. Told they would be delivered today. Of course on phoning the pharmacy this afternoon they are still there and may deliver tomorrow. Not good enough,we won't be here. Blaming staff shortages again,why do they lie on the phone? We've waited 2 days again. Of course can't get through to head office again. Worst pharmacy ever and Houldworth Square no better. What a shambles.

   In 12 months of being registered I've had issues getting my prescription 6 times and have had to chase; sometimes my doctor has issued the prescription days ago and it's not been processed, sometimes they say they've sent a text to my phone and it hasn't come through. Had to register in person three times as they kept insisting for the first three months that I wasn't saved on their system. Go elsewhere.
