Arranged our holiday vaccinations here. We booked online which has a few gliches but the actual appointment for the vaccinations was arranged quickly and administered with expertise and care. Thank you.

I booked a 'flu vaccine; the whole thing was done so quickly that I was in and out within five minutes including the form filling. The staff were courteous and friendly and I would definitely recommend Scorah in Bramhall.

I have been for my Covid vaccine this morning . While I have no complaint about the procedure or organisation I have a big concern about the premises. The floor is very uneven exposing several layers of concrete, previous floor covering etc. It is impossible to clean or make it remotely resemble an area where ill and vulnerable people who maybe unstable attend for health advice, vaccination and for their prescriptions. This has been like this for a very long time and shows complete contempt and disregard, not caring for their customers /patients and is possibly in breach of their hygiene requirements as well as safety requirements.

I visit this chemist for my travel vaccinations. The pharmacist, Ugo, is a total legend - considerate and caring. The other staff are always polite and helpful. They have always been accommodating when I arrive early for my appointment. I wouldn't hesitate to use this pharmacy in future - thanks for looking after me so wonderfully!

This time, I had 2 out of stock items and 1 lot of missing antidepressants. After alerting them to the missing pills yesterday, today I had to send all my medications to the pharmacy so the pharmacist could see the labels and "check them off" before they would even consider giving my mum the missing pills. No apology. I know mistakes are made as we are all human, but requiring to see all the medication dispensed in the original bag they sent it in, days ago, before correcting their mistake and issuing essential pills which they forgot to dispense, is ridiculously incompetent! I had already sorted and stored the medication and binned the bag, and as I'm currently housebound, my 92yr old mum is having to deal with them on my behalf and has taken 3 storage boxes of medication to the pharmacy. Despite being called a "smart pharmacy" and my nominated pharmacy due to being housebound, I never receive notification my prescription is ready to collect and the repeat prescription order is never closed in the patient access app. Incomplete service all round... Mum came back with the missing pills, and the pharmacist had obviously been through the storage boxes and "checked off" what I had. I honestly would advise against anyone trusting their own or their relatives health to this pharmacy at the current time. Unfortunately, it appears they are far from the "smart pharmacy" they declare and apparently have no idea at all what they are dispensing to customers. They prefer to put the responsibility on the customer to sort out the pharmacist's mistakes.

I don't mean to be rude but this is a genuinely truly inefficient chemist - no matter how early you order your prescription it is never ready. No-one seems to know what they are doing or when for - I've been there for about 6 months and every time they've said the waiting time is about an hour so please come back later, and you go back and wait another 20 mins.

Absolutely awful service, the sickest I've been and was first in the queue, first they said theve got my prescription and it's just being processed? After 30 mins of waiting I had to ask 1 of 5 members of staff what's going on at which point it took another 10 mins to tell me sorry we don't have your medicine In stock.either staff need re-training or sacking. Sick people queuing out the door because that staff are constantly chatting and on their phone. I have lived here 47 years and in the last 2 years it's gone completely down hill.years t

Awful service. The amount of times my prescription has been messed up, forgotten etc is ridiculous. The latest was having to wait 10 days for my inhaler bring telling them I was desperate for my inhaler. After visiting and queuing to be told my inhaler was still not ready the next day I decided to ring to avoid a wasted journey. After for 2 hours soneone finally picked up and said my inhaler was ready. Despite being very busy and went to pick up as it was a Friday afternoon as I had no inhaler left. I arrived to be told it was ready and had to wait 20 mins. Why they couldnβt of been honest on the phone and say itβs not quite ready, give us half an hour etc. This is not an easy isolated incident. In addition they are very unprofessional in shouting across the shop the name of sensitive medications. I thought everyone has the right to not have they medical history broadcasted

Shocking service - Avoid I was prescribed drugs by GP on Friday afternoon, I required these over weekend. Went to chemist at 1740 to be told it was nearly closed and too late to dispense. The young gentleman said I should return on Tuesday to give them tine to get the script ready. I enquired about Saturday, but he said they are far too busy on a Saturday so I was to wait till Tuesday as he had suggested.

Great service today at the travel clinic, quick yet thorough consultation prior to receiving the jabs. All three administered painlessly and carefully. Highly recommend.
