“I have just returned from a visit to the walk in centre where my daughter needed treatment for two ear piercings that had become very infected. The two nurses ( I think) who treated her were incredible and were able to remove both piercings. My daughter was clearly in a lot of pain and very distressed but they just kept her calm and worked wonders! I cannot thank them enough - you were fab! Thank you!”

“We have been here twice. The first time was last year and there was quite a long wait time, but the staff were great. When we went this time, the wait time was much less and the staff were outstanding, you can tell that they care about their patients and are very patient and understanding. I can’t thank the Dr enough as she did everything to make sure that my Daughter was well and went above and beyond to treat her after she was poorly. We were there for a number of hours, but we were made comfortable and this made it easier. What an amazing job they do there.”

“Really pleased with the treatment my cat Ares received yesterday. He needed his booster and flea/worming and the vet we saw (I didn't catch her name unfortunately) was extremely kind and gentle with him. She was patient with me too and checked him over when I mentioned a couple of other things I was concerned with. Cost of treatment seems reasonable to previous vets we've visited. The lady on reception was really friendly too. Parking round the rear of the building. Lastly, they have a candle in the reception which is lit if an owner is having having an appointment to have their pet put to sleep, and request soft voices and respect if this is the case. I've never seen this before in vets and thought it was a lovely idea.”

They have always been accommodating when I arrive early for my appointment. I wouldn't hesitate to use this pharmacy in future - thanks for looking after me so wonderfully!”

“I needed to have a possible verruca looked at and was recommended Michelle's practice in Romiley. She explained that what I had was a 'seed' corn which she promptly removed (painlessly!) and at the same time filed my nails beautifully and removed my hard skin. What I didn't expect was her being able to remove the horrid yellowy staining on my big toe nails (from leaving nail varnish on too long)....I can now confidently wear my sandals!! I found Michelle to be very easy and accommodating. I didn't need to wait long, but noticed that the chairs in the waiting room were comfortable (I have a bad back) and there were plenty of nice magazines. Will definitely be back.”

The thought of going through the rigmarole of the current triage system at Mosslands filled me with dread so how relieved I was that I was offered the Pharmacy First option to see Sonia the Well Pharmacist. Five minutes later after consultation came out with Antibiotics and pain relief. First class service from the Well Pharmacy team. Thankyou so much”

Wards A and B a shining example of professional caring and fabulous leadership. The hospital is very clean, lovely choice of food and drinks. Outpatients great information and assistance whenever I needed appointments or made enquiries. Physio team and anyone else I met were kind and caring. You should all be very proud of yourselves and the patient care you provide. Stay 26th to 28th June 2025.”

“Just took back my blood pressure monitor which I had for 24 hrs . The gentleman that fitted this was quietly spoken but very polite and kind . Very happy with the process he told me everything I needed to know and in the end my blood pressure was normal so I'm happy I didn't have to wait for the results he told me there and then. Asda had over a week waiting list and rude staff on the phone .I would definitely recommend this pharmacy .Thank you for being so kind . This pharmacy is opposite Monarch medical centre don't get confused with the one near Radcliffe medical centre they are so different in the way they give you the wrong prescription and not happy and pleasent.”

“Great service and friendly staff. There are several people in the back area, but you are never ignored. The reason they don't come rushing out to you is they are fulfilling prescriptions which take time, and need to be checked by the pharmacist. Would you like them to rush your medication and get it wrong?”

“My husband was rushed to Salford Royal after a very bad fall. They did many MRI scans he had several fractures, broken ribs and other damage. Staff on the ICU were wonderful, we cannot thank them enough for the care they gave him and our family. Sadly he passed away after seven days. I know how hard it can be on nurses when they loose a patient. So thank you nurses on ICU 2”
