   I was advised to go to the pharmacy as I'm not from the area and had developed a chest infection so was unable to see my own GP. I phoned beforehand and got through on my 2nd attempt. Had a consultation with the pharmacist that was extremely thorough and professional and I actually felt listened to which is not something I've experienced from the rest of the NHS for some time. This is an excellent service.

   My daughter came today with my grandson from school. He had a active growing rash all over his body and had been off school in the week with a bug. . My daughter explained she couldn't get a doctor's appointment. The head pharmacist took photos and went across to the doctors for advice. He then came back explaining everything to my daughter. Thankyou. My daughter is extremely grateful for the time and care you took with her. He prescribed a powerful antihistamine as piriton was given at school with no luck.

   When they have the items, they send a which is great. It is very rare I get a full perscription. It's usually a 2-3 day wait that includes acute items such as antibiotics that may be required urgently. If you need to ring them, good luck. Their as useful as a chocolate fire guard when it comes to answering the phone.

   I've used this pharmacy since it first opened and have absolutely no complaints. All of the staff are extremely helpful and polite at all times. I never feel that I'm going to the chemist, it's more like going to see my friends!

   Rude staff, if I had another choice I wouldn't use this pharmacy at all. Many times I have been in the store and you are just left waiting. They never answer the phone and if they do, you won't be helped.

   Never answers the phone and just cut it off. One lady is always rude and never helpful. That then lets the whole pharmacy down.

   On the whole the staff here are very helpful, but there is one member of staff that is consistently rude and abrupt to members of the public on the phone. My mother has been upset numerous times by the behaviour of this lady and the tone that she uses. We all have our problems but a little kindness goes a long way.
