“After being diagnosed with Bells Palsy, a condition where half of the face loses complete functionality I contacted Dr Bian and was told I would need around 10 sessions of accupuncture to cure the condition. GP told me 2-6 months recovery, but after 5 sessions in 2 weeks I was well on the mend. I am continuing with my treatment and feel better after every session. Dr Bian makes you feel really relaxed and is very considerate as to how you are feeling at every stage of the acupuncture process. Highly recommend this place.”

“I went for a gait analysis today at runners need, we just turned up not realising they did actually have an appointment system, their next appointment wasn’t until later that day and the shop wasn’t busy at the time we went in so the guy happily did the gait analysis. I have never had one before and wasn’t sure what to expect apart from running on a treadmill, the guy who did the analysis was very knowledgeable and very thorough, he was very helpful and I felt confident he knew what he was talking about and felt confident enough to take his advice!! As it turns out I have been running in shoes that are 1.5 sizes too small, hence all the problems I have been having! I wanted to leave this review as there are so many bad ones and had I read these before I probably wouldn’t have gone there. Don’t be put off by all the bad reviews!!!”

Both times we were in and out in less than 20 mins & I felt confident the pharmacist knew what he was doing. We left with antibiotics, myself for tonsillitis and my daughter for an ear infection. No queues to wait in at the walk in and no weeks wait for a GP app. Great service, Thank you.”

“Unfortunately my GP wasn't available due to a half day. I had a pretty bad eyelid infection and was very freaked out. The lovely staff saw me in short order and helped calm me down and realise it looked worse than it was. I was seen to be a chemist and pharmacist who were both helpful and lovely. “My daughter came today with my grandson from school. He had a active growing rash all over his body and had been off school in the week with a bug. . My daughter explained she couldn't get a doctor's appointment. The head pharmacist took photos and went across to the doctors for advice. He then came back explaining everything to my daughter. Thankyou. My daughter is extremely grateful for the time and care you took with her. He prescribed a powerful antihistamine as piriton was given at school with no luck.”
