   Yesterday I went to boots on grimshaw lane to pick my meds up the system was dwn so I couldn't get them as it is closed on a Saturday it would of left me with no meds over the weekend this morn sat paula rang me from boots to tell me to go and collect them as she had given up her day off to give people there meds they couldn't get not many staff would do that n paula needs to be recognized for this x

   I have recently started to use Boots on Grimshaw Lane after years of problems every single month in picking up my repeat prescription up from the Middleton Arndale Centre branch. Changing my prescription delivery to here was the best choice ever. They are always polite, very efficient and can manage to get my prescription correctly administered each month. No long queues and excellent service. Thank You
