“Naomi groomed both my Miniature Schnausers. This was only the second time they'd been professionally groomed (first time by someone else )so I was unsure how they would react. I can honestly say right from the start, Naomi made a big fuss of the dogs, petting and talking to them and I think this helped to calm any nervousness. They looked and smelt amazing when I picked them up. Naomi did a fantastic job and even popped a colour co ordinated bow on each collar, which I thought was a lovely, personal touch. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Naomi, she is friendly and professional and made a sometimes anxious experience a very calm and pleasant one!”

“What a great service, not just a dog groomer by any stretch. Kim is amazing with Zabba. We have a very scared Lhasa Apso and Kim is so lovely with her and really puts her at ease by her loving way. “Wonderful soundproofing for a city location. Didn't hear traffic, banging doors or anything during the night. Very comfy bed, powerful shower, clean and useful facilities. Also lovely friendly lady on reception. Late checkout brilliant too. The beefeater attached to it is great as well. We arrived very tired from long journey and took advantage of the special offer for dinner and breakfast. Food was delicious, portions good and Holly our waitress was brilliant.”

“Easily accessible, just 6 minutes walk from Crumpsall metro. On arrival I was greeted by a very friendly lady, who throughout my stay was very nice and helpful. We checked into the room and immediately noticed how clean the room was, the whole hotel in fact was immaculate. Our room was well equipped with iron hairdryer, tv, fresh towels, and coincidentally my favourite biscuits, just everything you need. That evening after a night out I was quite cold (wet September) and the moment i got into bed, I warmed up so quickly, the bedding was fantastic, and the mattress was honestly the best mattress i have ever slept on in my whole life. It was fantastic! Annoyingly i naturally woke up early but had a lovely bath and started looking forward to breakfast. When i went down, the corridor smelled like fantastic home cooking but i made a mistake and didnt realise i had to prebook the night before. Judging by everything else in the stay, I'm certain it would have been excellent. Checkout was easy at a great time of 11 with an equally friendly gentleman. 5 stars isn't enough. It felt like a family run businesa that was managed perfectly with care and high standards. If i find myself in Manchester again, i would gladly avoid the centre and stay here. Highly recommend.”

“Yesterday I went to boots on grimshaw lane to pick my meds up the system was dwn so I couldn't get them as it is closed on a Saturday it would of left me with no meds over the weekend this morn sat paula rang me from boots to tell me to go and collect them as she had given up her day off to give people there meds they couldn't get not many staff would do that n paula needs to be recognized for this x”

“Just called and spoke to a very nice lady asking if they had a certain paint in for my daughters bedroom I bought a tub a while back she put me on hold and when she came back they had none in and I really needed another one to finish my daughters room off so she took my number and said she will ring a different store where she was working tomorrow and if they had one in she would ask them to save it and she would pick it up gor me and bring it into the middleton store on Saturday when dhes next in for me to pick up that is first class help I really dont know of anyone else that would do thst as I dont drive what great customer service I can now finish my daughters room on Saturday and ill have one happy child a big thanks to the lady who delt with my phone call and thankyou to poundstrecher”

“I had to got out early today and leave the bunny care in the hands of Sue from Merlin's Dog Walking. As Merlins Dog Walking was the only animal care business I could find that looked after rabbits I decided to try her out. A remarkable level of service. I came to all my bunnies in their runs and their cages all cleaned and ready to go. I would have no hesitation in recommending Sue and Merlin's Dog Walking to anyone. A brilliant reliable service, Thank You!”

“Took my dog for a bath and deshed Liz was fabulous with my dog. She made sure to pay attention to my dog and also showed him any equipment she was to use to settle him down Also trimmed his nails and made him look and smell amazing. Cant recommended her enough. We will definitely be back”
