   I recently needed to leave my dogs for a few hours whilst attending an event at a local venue. Rob and the team were more than accommodating for a short term stay on a Sunday. Whilst my day did not go as I had planned the team at Birch Pet hotels were always helpful as things changed. If I’m back in the area and need dog kennels they will be my first choice.

   I've never received my cats back from a cattery Happier and Healthier than when I left them (thier fur looked amazing). The confirmation email came through for thier "holiday" and it really was. They also have a lovely on site petshop. Will be bringing my cats here going forward!

   I left Molly my GSD for the first time in kennels for 3 day stay. I was anxious if I’m honest, but I needn’t have been. I phoned to check up on her and she was absolutely fine. Molly was well looked after and happy when I picked her up. The staff are friendly and helpful. Price is reasonable, and I would highly recommend, and use again.

   This was Sadie's first stay here but definitely won't be her last. She has been so well looked after that she wasn't really that bothered about coming home. We had to ask for an extra day because of flight issues. This was accommodated with no difficulty. Sadie looked fabulous when we collected her and had been brushed regularly. Can definitely recommend Birch Pet Hotel.

   My Patterdale maxs first ever holiday 13 nights was really happy with the standard of care they provided. Max came back happy healthy. lovely family run business looking forward to both my Labrador and Patterdale going in June again ❤️

   I left my 2 pets for 10 days and one of them is quite afraid of everything and everyone. She came back a different dog. She is happier and more relaxed. They send you videos and reply to your messages the same day. They are absolutely fantastic. I will never leave them anywhere else
