   Really bad customer service. I visited yesterday and felt completely ignored most of the time. I had to actively ask just to get any help, and even then I was passed between staff with no clear communication. I was told my size might be sold out but that they were “looking for it”. I then waited another 10 minutes with no updates at all, while staff continued helping other customers around me. No one came back to confirm whether the size was actually unavailable. In the end, I decided to leave. There was no explanation, no apology, nothing. The whole experience felt really dismissive and uncomfortable. I couldn’t help but notice I was treated very differently from other customers, which made me question whether my RACE played a role. After reading other reviews, it’s clear this isn’t an isolated incident. If Foot Locker doesn’t care about their customer’s experience at this location, it really shows.

   Options for men were apparently decent, however in comparison, women only get 1/3 of the men’s space and much less variety of products. Are women deemed less sporty? It 2025, time to change the old fashion mindset behind please.

   My experience at this Foot Locker location was extremely frustrating. Mr. Singh was unprofessional, unhelpful, and had a rude attitude throughout the interaction. Instead of assisting me with my questions, he seemed irritated and rushed, and made no effort to provide proper customer service. For a store known for good service, this was a big letdown. I won’t be returning to this location unless things improve.

   When I read the reviews for this place, I thought it couldn’t possibly be that bad. Unfortunately, it was worse. The customer service is terrible, the staff are rude and clearly lack proper training. I honestly cannot understand how Foot Locker has not addressed the sheer number of negative reviews about this location. It shows poor management and a lack of care for customers. If you value being treated with respect, do yourself a favor and buy your shoes somewhere else!

   I just went to the shop 5:55pm and door was opened picked up the shoe for my son and one of sale women said to me sorry manager said we are closed even they colleagues were serving

   Not even worth a star , the staff is so rude and very annoying , they don t even let you look at the clothes , all the saleswomen looked at customers with disgust , and when they not following you in store they gossip about customers . I tried on a jacket and she stood next to the closed door the whole time and because i didn't want to take it I was greeted with some nervousness and some rolled eyes.

   Really good customer experience. I was helped by a guy named Shiv who was lovely and patient as I tried multiple basketball trainers in different sizes. And it was busy Black Friday weekend! All the staff was smiley and approachable. Thanks so much! Will be back! :)

   Do not even want to give them 1star! Their service was disgusting, no smiles just rude looks. I asked for help and then waited about 10mins no one came back to me to tell me about the shoe I wanted. I then asked another colleague and waited another 10mins again no one came back to me, I then complained to a third colleague to then find out from him the shoe was unavailable. Which no one bothered to tell me before. I would never shop there again. I had to give them one star to post this but they are not worth any stars at all!
