I turned to the internet for guidance, reading up on various solutions like drain snakes and plungers—but truthfully, I had no idea where to begin. When I arrived at the shop, I was met with genuine kindness and patience. Both the gentleman and the lady there took the time to listen carefully to my situation and offered the simplest, most practical advice tailored to my needs. I followed their recommendation and purchased a plunger, along with their tip to use hot water. To my amazement, after just 15 minutes of using the plunger, the blockage cleared completely. Problem solved—for only £2.50! I’m incredibly grateful for their help and impressed by how approachable and effective the solution was.

   This is a lovely little hardware shop which is like aladins cave. Good selection of items and real friendly family run business. I use it particularly to get the calor gas bottles and the prices are right and they go out of there way to either keep one for me or drop one round to me. Love these guys, these little shops are few and far between and we should support them the best we can do we don't lose it. Keep up the great work guys.
