   Many shelves were empty. Used to be decent for wallpaper but very little choice and very low stock of anything. Paint tester pots, most colours had no stock available. At the time of my visit only self checkout available, which I hate, but made worse by having to use hand held scanner and put shopping bag on the floor to fill it. It all seemed clunky and awkward to use and was not a pleasant experience. If they want customers to serve themselves then they need to get a decent system in place, not this half hearted couldn't care less mess.

   Wilko often has the bits you require to get the job done. It often is well priced. You can beat the price but not convince. This store is large so has a good selection. Recommended. Has a nice gardening choice especially at the start of the growing season

   It can be frustrating there sometimes as they carry so many products and it is hard to find what one is looking for but you get there in the end. The self service is crowded and busy and makes one feel enclosed. supermarket style self service machine would be better and a cash option on them would be good too. Currently self service is card only as far as I know.

   Great place to shop. With so many offers (spent a lot more than intended) lol. This store sells gardening and cleaning products, toiletries and hair products, plates,cups etc. Bedding, cushions ,pet and DIY products. Plus much much more. The staff are so very friendly and helpful. Nothing is too much trouble for them . Self serve tills are now in store.

   Good range of products. Quality of items be it branded or Wilko's own (especially paint) is fantastic! Little disappointed with the staff today. Generally, very helpful and friendly. Used the self scan for the first time. Stood waiting for a while as the cashier was talking to another customer. Some talk was helping with a query and some chit chat - again good customer service with time for those who shop so i didn't mind waiting. I couldn't see there was another self scan behind her and she didn't guide me so i was waiting for nothing. Another person pushed ahead of me, I mentioned it to the cashier who literally said nothing. Not impressed.
