   Bought my kitchen from Wickes almost three years ago. Never again. Their designer was very helpful and delivery ontime BUT quality of products is awful. I have contacted their customer services on a couple of occasions and more or less told its all my fault!!! If anyone is thinking of getting a kitchen from them ...DON'T!!

   i will not get my kitchen designed again, you get 50 percent off but they add all these extra things to make the price go up, i got given 13 cornice when i did not need them , the bottom units i asked came as top units, the colour was not the same as i ordered, i ordered it in august and my builder only had a chance to put it together now but hey guess what am over my 30 days, my sister however did not get hers designed and it was fine, i am left with rubbish in my kitchen, the design does not math my real kitchen as it was rubbish, i can not exchange so i am stuck with drawers i dont need and i have to buy more at full price, i would not recommend them as if you have a issue no one wants to sort it out but at the time of selling they will keep you there the whole day, am so upset about my kitchen

   My regular place for building materials and diy stuff. Customer service is good. Prices are slightly higher than your local independent builders merchants. Stock checker online can be inaccurate sometimes. And occasionally finding a member of staff to help can be difficult. However overall good service.

   I went in just browsing and managed to speak to the Kitchen Sales team Jonathan then Ash. Honestly the service was second to none Ash incredible and the rest of the team. I purchased my dream kitchen and all the members of staff were so genuine and helpful. Really good to see a workplace with good moral between colleagues. Definitely will be going back and just genuinely want to thank all the staff.❤️

   The reason it takes half an hour to pick up some staples in shops like this is because there are never any staff. Just go Screwfix or Toolstation, at least they find it for you, the days of these big useless DIY shops has got to be numbered,

   If you don't bother about customer service or you knew the processes in this shop then nothing will bother you, since it is a building materials shop a bit of untideness won't bother you. However, if need opinion or help to unpack, load or unload within the shop either from the shelves/ailes or the shopping trolley then you won't find anyone, even if you find someone they will be indifferent. Beside these, materials and tools are in reasonable quality and price ranges.

   Usually have everything I need and good helpful staff behind the counter. Pricier than independent builders merchants but location is convenient and most things are good quality.

   Called the store twice and spoke to two different people and they didn't know the thickness of their Intelliga kitchen range. Basic question and poorly trained staff. If they don't know the answer, they should know how to find out the answer. Very helpful lot.

   Rather pathetic stock availability on tools. The service here though is almost non existent. So casual and laid back and what more bizarre the staff have not a clue. Ask a simple question - where would I find draught exclusion tape - huh?? What’s that? Ok never mind. Surely you must have general knowledge about DIY or some trade so you can assist customers or am I expecting too much? Other items looked like the stock is well kept. But tools stock is just non existent. Oh and the car park. It will ruin your shocks, wheels and your spine.
