The manager of this chemist thinks he is a doctor, they consider interfering with people's medication is acceptable. I would highly recommend that people stay away from this chemist and its manager.

I have been coming to this location for 2 years, and usually do not mind having to wait a little bit to have my meds being sorted out. On this occasion I was picking up my prescription, as well as my husband’s, which I had before on a couple of occasions. I am someone that is neurodivergent (ADHD), so I tend to wait a long time before inquiring how much time something may take. But, that has nothing to do with my recent experience. I had received my prescriptions with little wait. I had waited close to 40 minutes for my husband’s prescriptions. I watched as people that came after me, had received their prescriptions were pulled up on the computer and filled. I had waited patiently, and as I was about to ask how much longer it would be, someone had noticed I had been waiting. The gentleman had begun looking as to why I was still waiting. A young lady, whom I had watched making calls and texts for 20 minutes had placed it in a non-emergency basket.
Provided a poor service when it came to delivering prescriptions and did not care to deliver mine on time either.

Long waits and have you write down the name each time in order to find your prescription. Not data safety friendly who has time for that every time. What happens with those pieces of paper then with my data on them.
Went in for ovex 30ml treatment. Paid £14.19 as was in a rush and needed it that day. Checked online afterwards and readily available for over £6 less. I don't mind paying slightly more for the convenience of buying on the High Street but that mark up is unjustifiable.
Excellent staff and pharmacy team. Look after my dad better than his own Gp sometimes. Always helpful and providing a great service during these trying times as per usual
Messed my scripts up loads and left me without medication for around 4 days which ment I had went cold turkey and became extremely Ill to the point I nearly ended up being hospitalised as I am on strong and important medication.
