Well I've never had bad serve from the staff at church st always helpful ino some staff have left but the new staff are just as good Alan the delivery man so helpful nothing to much trouble he drop our tablets of on his way home if they come in the shop early so well done church st Mr Mrs hyde
The staff here have been absolutely wonderful to me during a very difficult period. Kind, considerate and efficient, going beyond the expected service on several occasions.
Shocking worthless staff where do I start. Flicking unbelievable stay away ps they never have nothing in stock aswell how's they even still open

Amazing service, staff located an incorrectly delivered prescription and arranged for it to be available for collection from them. As it was early closing day they offered an alternative collection point. I am extremely grateful for their help.
Absolutely useless chemist update your opening hours to the right hours!! Also when you are open learn to answer your phones and have someone who actually knows what they are doing or talking about! No wonder you have so many bad reviews probably better off just shutting down!!!
Useless chemist. Many problems,, don't answer the phone in the afternoons. giving me wrong medication, giving me medication which I don't need.. Telling me my medication are ready to collect. I walk there then told it's not ready, come back. The latest - need emergency dressings for a foot ulcer and antibiotics. . request went in on a Tuesday, called Thursday, it's all here but I've not had time to order the dressings.. Come Friday, went on Friday, it's not ready, we don't have most of the items.. Can i come back, no. We will deliver later. Waited and waited, called them , so you want a delivery, yes.. We still don't have the dressings and don't know when we will. . Had to call doctor who made an emergency appointment right away at the hospital, ( I'm diabetic, ulcerated foot down to the bone). Went hospital got my medication but no dressings, had to buy them £50 online, I get free prescriptions. Chemist did final give me my tablets in the end .. Gone to another chemist.
After an emergency, I needed a pharmacy quickly and late in the evening. After checking Google I was directed to this pharmacy. It turns out that this pharmacy doesn't have any form of late or emergency hours for dispensing drugs. I wasted precious time travelling to it for no reason. This shop needs to change its details, so no one else is mislead.
Real shame as historically this chemist was good and reliable. Look at the old reviews and compare to the new reviews which are all 1 star. Never enough staff to deal with customers. Waited 20 minutes twice only to be told they didn’t have the medication I needed. Tried calling to follow up and they aren’t picking up the phone. People rely on medication. This is people’s well-being that is being sacrificed here. I won’t be using this chemist again.
