   Prestwich Pharmacy provides excellent service every time I visit. The staff are polite, knowledgeable, and always willing to help with any questions about prescriptions or health advice. They work efficiently, and even when it’s busy, they do their best to serve everyone quickly. The pharmacy is clean, well organised, and a trusted place for getting medication and health products. I appreciate their professionalism and the care they show to customers. Highly recommended for anyone in the area!

   Came in with my son as we thought he needed his ears syringed. Lady was very nice and the pharmacist was great quick and efficient, he didn’t need them syringed as he had an ear infection, was advised and refunded most of the deposit. We would definitely recommend them .

   The pharmacy has continuesly missed medication deliveries and put it down for pick up in error despite being told the medication is for delivery for my disabled grandparent. My grandparent doesnt own a mobile phone so ordering prescriptions through the app is impossible and is always having to be processed via the gp surgery. The pharmacy whilst becoming more tech focused has also left behind older generations who are not comfortable or understanding of things like apps and mobiles.

   This place Is horrible. Regardless of when medication is sent to then you still have to wait 15-20 minutes for your medication to be dispensed. Staff are often rude and the while atmosphere is off putting.
