   Wonderful costa. Part of my early morning work/school run routine for years and a lovely place to meet friends for a coffee and a chat. Staff are friendly and happy to help. Can get busy at peak times but what is expected on a busy retail park.

   Usually quite good but haven’t gone for a goood while, they got my order wrong.. twice! I was too embarrassed to go back! I couldn’t drink it because I can’t have caffeine, waste of my money and just upsetting. Staff need to be trained to know what the drinks they serve are called!!…

   Visit here quite often & always receive friendly, quick service. Always plenty of options for food (cakes, sandwiches, etc.), seating is great with a lot of options from tables to more casual seating + the option to sit outside which is great with the current weather we've been having. Place is also dog friendly which is always a bonus.

   A very bright and airy cafe, however I counted 9 tables that had not been cleaned and where full of used cups, etc. The staff member who took our order was very pleasant and as usual the coffee was the costa usual standard. We thought we would try using our own reusable cups for the first time and it worked well. We managed to find clean table and sat in-store to enjoy our drinks. After a while a staff member started to remove the used cups, etc from the tables. For some reason he didn't clear two of the tables and never wiped any of the tables down. We eventually finished our drinks and by now some of the cleared tables had been occupied with new customers. At no time did any staff member wipe any of the tables down.

   The coffee is fantastic as always in a Costa. The cakes need to be stored better though as I could tell the cake I had was left out for a few hours and going stale. The flavour was still there though. Overall it would not stop me visiting and I will recommend the place to everyone.

   I'd gone off Costa in the last few years: Nero tastes more full bodied. However, this was better than I remembered it. Lovely flat white and sugar-free hazelnut syrup that wasn't too sweet. And really good service.
