“Amazing food....I was about to venture out to Miller and Carter when I happened upon this takeaway. The food was 10/10, I had the squid for starters and beef ramen, couldn't fault anything. Finished off with a brownie and ice cream. Credit where its due, one of the best takeaways I've had ever. When I visit work site next time I'll definitely be repeating my order.”

“We had our Christmas meal this week at The Bowling Green, 22 of us, ordering from the large party menu and we had the best night. Communication in the lead up was brilliant and then on the night the whole team were so friendly and attentive and the food was fantastic, everything went perfectly. Thank you for having us! Would definitely recommend it if you are looking forward to take a group.”

“Always enjoy our meals in here. They offer a gluten free menu, prices are decent, broad selection of drinks. Good friendly honest service. Have come a few times now both at lunch and tea. Kids loved playing footy outside in summer. Can be busy but it's a great pub so it will be. Prefer sitting outside with dog as its less noisy, hot and crowded for them. Highly recommended.”

“Since its refurb last year, this branch of Heron has vastly improved. More choice of foods, cleaner and a lot better to shop in. Well worth checking out for great deals on frozen foods and even snacks.”

“We visited this Nando’s branch on Sunday! I just wanted to say how unbelievably amazing all the staff were! We had our little boy with us who is 17 month old and the staff were so lovely and welcoming to him and us, they brought him colours and stickers and were speaking to him, getting him involved and even let him help to sweep up which he absolutely loved. The food was amazing! One staff member I believe her name was Amelia if I can recall correctly was amazing and couldn’t have done more for us if she tried, such high quality of service. We used to visit the middlebrook branch but we will be choosing the Nando’s in Leigh every time now. Well done Nando’s Leigh Team.”

“A lovely experience dining here. From walking in to the restaurant we were greeted by a pleasant lady who showed us your table. Our server was Bernie who gave us time to look at the menu. Bernie went above and beyond answering our queries and checking if we were ok. Chefs were Chris and Freddie and our food was excellent. We had the lamb kofta flatbread which was very good. We will definitely visit this restaurant again. Excellent customer service.”

“Fabulous - I used to eat here around 17 years ago during my lads' nights out when I was younger...unusually, I happened to be driving past here tonight and decided to see how it was these days. Wonderful. Soft pitta, crisp salad, delicious chargrilled tender chicken, lovely sauce (both garlic and chilli) - I can't fault it. A+”
