I was having a bad day and came to sit on the benches outside the Costa to have a bit of cry (it was one of those days) and eventually calmed down and came in to get a drink. The woman at the till - not sure her name but it was the lady on at 8:30 on Friday 11th - made me my drink perfectly and then gave me a free cookie ‘to brighten my day’. Absolutely turned my day around and made me feel so much better :) x

The toasties deal looked good value but the toastie was very bland and the coffee was warm. Couldn't be bothered complaining as I had my 3 year grandson with me and he refused to eat the toastie. The staff were not very friendly and when I asked if they do anything for kids the reply was no.
