   Upon my visit this morning at sports direct I was looking for a pair of trainers , the staff member at the door completely ignored me as I was standing there waiting for help . Finally I had to find another staff member to ask for his assistance which he was helpful. Sport Direct your staff needs customer service training the sooner the better!!!!

   Staff members are very friendly, however there isn't many of them and the few working seem over worked. Good selection of items, unfortunately trashed by other messy families with no sense of tidiness and handfuls of children that don't know how to behave and can be heard screaming, shouting and throwing balls into everything they possibly could. Very annoying constant banging, I feel sorry for the poor staff that have to deal with parents incompetence.

   The staff are absolutely incredible! I come here often and it's clear to see that staff deal with nasty and rude customers often. They handle it gracefully and with upmost respect from what I've personally witnessed. All staff are very joyful and willing to help, good job team!

   absolutely disgraceful. no help if you want it. I approached two members of staff who not only ignored me but walked away from me. had to queue at a checkout to ask for help for which no one arrived. finally got to speak to someone after ten minutes only to be told if it's not on the shelf then no. if I was you go somewhere else. nasty people working here

   Just brought a pair of trail running trainers, fantastic help from the shop assistant / ast manager ‘John Davies’ with what style he suggested with my budget and foot design. Not trying to push me on a more expensive brand. We definitely will b coming here more as opposed to Crayford branch, which is down the rd from us. Much better costumer service off John and the girls on till. 5star service this Sunday afternoon, thx guys.
