   I normally don’t leave negative reviews unless I genuinely feel misled, but I feel compelled to share this. I recently ordered a large coffee at Starbucks, but was handed what looked like a small. I politely asked the staff member, “I asked for a large, but you’ve given me a small.” Her response was, “Small is large.” That reply left me genuinely confused. I want to be clear — this isn’t about the price. It’s about the principle and the misleading presentation. If what’s being served as “large” is actually the smallest size, then that’s a questionable marketing approach. It’s a shame I didn’t record the interaction, but if I’m wrong, I genuinely welcome the store or Starbucks to clarify or even call me out. I can’t help but wonder how many other customers have walked away with a similar experience. Transparency matters — especially from a global brand.

   This Starbucks was suggested as a meeting point for a work rendevouz. Parking was easy, food and drink was standard Starbucks fare, but the staff were all really friendly and helpful. It's probably a good job this branch isn't closer or I'd be back a lot more. Big thank you to Stefano for helping me sort out the app and not missing out on points!

   Just been in for a quick pistachio velvet latte. I was served by a chap with medium long dark hair I think he was called Kris, but what a nice, polite and proffesional chap he was. The place looked clean, bright and welcoming and the coffee was top tier too. 5*****

   Place to meet up. Dismal atmosphere. Hot chocolate was Luke warm. People who work there do the best they can . Parking is poor and very tight. Way too expensive for what you get.

   Really good meeting place just off the M58. Nice, pleasant staff. Clean environment. Has a Subway next door and you can purchase food and take it into Starbucks if you wish.

   I was flagging massively on a recent trip and passed by this Starbucks. Good size, very clean with great service. Quality wise you know what you are getting from a chain as large as Starbucks. Perked me up for the rest of my trip!

   Went here to get breakfast before a long journey on a Thursday. The shop was quiet with three staff behind the counter but the service was surprisingly slow despite only heating twi sausage butties and making two cups of tea - was offered another order twice in the time of waiting for my own. Considering the order came to £16, the sausages were like cardboard, much prefer a Costa or even a Gregg's one! When I went to the toilet before setting off they were dirty, dust all over the seats that looked like it had been wiped around with a wet cloth, one toilet had green toilet gel all over the back of the seat and the other was soiled - the floor throughout the shop and the toilets was sticky. I have never been in a Starbucks where I have felt like this before

   Fairly quiet Starbucks when I visited on a Saturday afternoon. However the tables were dirty with crumbs and coffee spills. The floor also needed sweeping. The coffee was served in paper cups even though we were staying in.
