Waited a long time to be served. Under staffed. Tables not cleared. Needs a good clean
Always handy for me on a Saturday quick snack/ lunch before shopping in the store. Food is good, prices are reasonable, service is pleasant. Over recent weeks there was a problem with the water heater so no tea available, then the till wasn't working, they seem to have thier fair share of problems, staff do well working through them but it's still good.
