Great food, the full breakfast was lovely. Tasty filter coffee. Mostly resonable price however some extras do seem a bit more ££ than expected. Id return for a good cup of coffee whie in the city.. Nice atmosphere but can be quite noisy. Customer service was ok but not great. Parking nearby in paid for market car park. Good location for the city centre. Not particularly good in terms of accessibility as its on the rows and wheelchairs &prams may not by able to navigate it well.

Absolutely beautiful place for Brunch. Staff were so welcoming and friendly, served us quickly and were attentive to everyone. Food was absolutely fabulous, one of the nicest wraps I've had and you can tell the ingredients are fresh and quality. Latte was really nice, and for the money the drinks and food are worth it. Can't recommend it enough!

Kind & polite service from the 4 members of staff working on Sunday afternoon. Happily sat where I wanted. Well decorated and colourful inside with loads of plants on a few different levels including hanging baskets. The coffee latte was very tasty and I popped in some brown sugar. Good blend, good temperature, good beans. I was asked about allergies and milk options, which was professional. The cafΓ© was kept very clean despite the rainy, windy weather outside the Chester Rows on a blustery Sunday. A perfect pitstop for a Dad-AKA-taxi-driver for one of my kids volunteering for an hour or two for their Duke of Edinburgh.

Absolutely loved this place! The breakfast was fresh, tasted amazing and beautifully presented. The staff were incredibly friendly and made us feel right at home. Cozy atmosphere, great coffee, and a menu with something for everyone. Dog friendly offering water and ham! I will definitely be back!

The vibe was amazing – very cozy and welcoming, which made for a lovely atmosphere. The food was nicely presented and great for photos or social media. Taste-wise, it was okay, quite similar to what you’d expect from a typical brunch place. The staff were generally friendly, which we appreciated. However, when we paid our bill (around Β£31–32) with Β£40, one of the staff asked, β€œDo you want change?” That made my husband and me feel a bit uncomfortable. We usually leave a tip without being asked, but in this case, the way it was handled felt a little awkward, so we decided not to tip. Overall, it was a decent visit. Beautiful setting and warm vibes, but there’s a bit of room for improvement with the food and service approach.

I hadn’t been to the flower cup since it opened originally, so was looking forward to finally going again! Especially after seeing how much everyone raves about brunch there. After our visit on Sunday, I can now see why people queue up outside! It was well worth the numb hands!! The American stack was so good!! Would highly recommend! Already looking forward to coming back to try the French toast. There was a little confusion with our bill at the end but, it was sorted very quickly and wouldn’t put us off coming back.

Great coffee, great food. The Flower Cup has got a really cool vibe, they cater for dietary requirements brilliantly. What I ordered; Oat Cortado (I actually had 2 because they were so good!) and Brioche French Toast with Blueberry Compote (vegan). I have a lactose intolerance so required a dairy-free menu; they adapted their standard menu options to cater for my intolerance. Food was really tasty and flavoursome.

The best french toast. Hands down. Well worth the visit if you’re ever in Chester. A small space so you got to get there quick but they have a brilliant brunch menu, catering to sweet and savoury tooth’s and their french toast is so custard-y and yet not sickly sweet. They have a different special weekly for a sweet and savoury option so you need to try!

Lovely little cafe in Chester with incredibly chirpy and friendly staff.we got there upon opening at 9am last Sunday and it soon after every table in there was full. I throughly enjoyed my coconut mocha but wish I’d chosen a better breakfast. The holy guacamole promised so much but just didn’t work for me unfortunately. I’d definitely visit again and try something different.

This lovely little cafe is a must for those seeking breakfast/brunch in Chester. We arrived just after 10am on Sunday morning and it was packed. We decided to wait for a table (there were 4 of us) as we really liked the look of the varied menu. A very helpful waiter, Dominic, kept us updated about possible availability and after about 15 minutes, we were shown to our table. It was well worth the wait!!! The food was delicious, the coffee was excellent and the service from all the staff was first class and friendly. Very highly recommended!
