This is such a brilliant place. I received old-fashioned knowledgeable service when I phoned and subsequently visited the shop. The shop also has a website and their prices are competitive. They have a large selection of items in stock in the store. The staff were so good at helping me select a new washing machine to replace my ancient one that finally retired itself yesterday. Today a new model has been installed in my kitchen by two guys who really know what they are doing and went the extra mile to make sure that everything was working properly. My thanks to both of them for such a professional job. I bought a fridge-freezer from Lynnes about three years ago and wouldn’t go anywhere else.
I have received a wonderful service from Lynnes Electrical. I ordered 2 items by phone and received good and helpful advice from Mark and Christine. Both items were delivered very quickly and Mikael who installed both the induction hob and dishwasher was friendly and efficient. My father recommended me to this store. My dad bought a cooker here over 10 years ago and have been very pleased with his purchase. I was dubious about buying from a smaller retailer, but decided to pay then a visit. All the staffs were very friendly and their knowledge on the product were spot on. I was served by Mark on one day and James on another and they both gave great advice. What I also appreciated was that they were not pushy salesman, but gave me various options and allowed me to make my own choices. Quality service from sales, delivery to installation. I would have certainly pay an ever higher price for my product because the services that I received was second to none.
Fantastic service from the team from start to finish. I needed a replacement oven for my flat and they delivered a Bosch oven very quickly. It was installed by the fitters within 24hrs of ordering. 100% recommend their service much better than dealing with a faceless large organisation.
Christine and Mark were a terrific help sourcing a new dishwasher as well as a direct replacement for my 15 year old integrated fridge-freezer, just when I thought I'd have to give up entirely as the cabinet size and fixed hinges made it very tricky to find a replacement that would fit. The whole team at Lynnes are lovely and really look after their customers - the ordering, delivery and installation went smoothly (both the old dishwasher and fridge-freezer were removed within 20min, and the install team took a lot of care to ensure the cabinet doors were fitted well - it wasn't easy with a hanging cabinet door too!) and I'd give more stars if I could. You won't get this level of professionalism or service with Curry's or AO and having a friendly, knowledgeable vendor takes all the stress out of the process. I have no doubt if I'd gone with a big chain store I'd have ordered an appliance that didn't fit and there would be a fridge-freezer sitting in the middle of my living room for weeks while a solution got worked up. I'll be sure to use Lynnes again for any home appliance purchases.
Lynnes are very professional and inspire confidence that they know exactly what they are doing, which is very reassuring as a customer! They supplied and fitted my new washer in a couple of days. I could not ask for better service.
