Rude staff. I occassionally go in here to get bits and bobs.. nothing big. Over the years I have found the staff here rude, dismissive and apathetic to me. Just went in to buy a laptop case, got to the counter, was served by a girl in a headscarf. Said thank you.. no reply. Said Thank You again, to acknowledge her service. Was expecting a thank you in return. But oh no. That would require too much manners. Instead I got a smarmy You're Welcome. I am never stepping foot inside this store again. When someone gives you money it's polite to say Thank You. Don't worry, I won't be inconveniencing you any time soon. Kids these days. Gen Zs need to learn some social skills. I'm appalled.

I was here last week because I couldn't connect my portable second work-screen to my work-laptop. I tried 4 different portable screens from Amazon but no luck. I was able to buy a new laptop for work and Ian, my sales advisor of Currys (Tottenham Court Road), was very helpful. He's super friendly, extremely knowledgeable, and really took the time to help me. Tested a bunch of laptops and I ended up buying a new Lenovo which was able to connect. Ian - you've been so great and patient with me. This Currys store is truly lucky to have you!

The customer service was terrible — extremely unhelpful. A girl wearing a green vest top with “Here to Help” on the back clearly didn’t mean it. When I asked where an item was, she just pointed and said “over there,” more interested in chatting with a female colleague than actually helping. The colleague was just as uninterested and unbothered. The only person who was extremely helpful and apologetic for his colleagues’ rudeness was Sanjay. I visited at 9:30am on 14th October. I would never visit that shop again.

I was truly amazed and surprised by the quality of customer service this company provides at this branch. This is a very bad advantage: the concentration of employees in one branch area, personal meetings, and inattention when seeing customers. Lack of mobility in providing prompt customer service. Very slow staff speed, very poor communication between staff. While the salesman had given me a receipt, a man followed me to the door and told the security guard to check me. This is the height of disrespect to the buyer, I wanted to go back and return the vacuum cleaner. But I was in a very, very hurry.

I have not been to a Currys store in ages but I love this one. All the staff say hello and are knowledgeable. I recycled my mobiles and batteries, bit weird that you don't put it in a bin but on a random counter. If you are gamer, techie or need to upgrade your phone or laptop definitely come here. There are dedicated stations for Microsoft, Apple, Google and gaming. You can also get air fryers and other electronics. They also offer repair and support. They have great deals here.

Almost assaulted by elderly employee which was restrained by 4 members of Staff while attempting to come after me Abusive disrespectful, didn't expect me to tell him off about is bullying and incompetent knowledge about Oled . He completely lost his temper, maybe to old age and arteriosclerosis. Other members of suff try tonexcuse is outburst because apparently sell a million pounds of curry products. Appalling unacceptable behaviour.

On Wednesday I bought a new cartridge for my Brother Printer and handed in the old one for recycling. What I didn't realise was that I had handed in the entire drum (ie the holder) with the cartridge. I realised my mistake on Friday morning and rushed down to Currys pc World where I was served by SUREN. He worked out that it could still be onsite and patiently looked in the bin in the store and then among the items waiting for collection outside. He walked back through the store with no expression on his face. So imagine my joy when he handed it to me! Big thanks to Suren for his generous customer service on a freezing cold day.

Great customer service, one of the few stores which still has laptops, keyboards and monitors on display so you can use before buying

I was looking for a mouse and keyboard. I asked three different employees but everyone was busy or they sent me to a different department of the store! I found a 4th employee who helped me in the end! I waited for 30 min just to buy a keyboard…. :(

Visited many times now. Very high tech shop. Keen Staff not to pushy on sales, thats nice, recommended. They let you take your time. Anything new tech you will probably find it in here, just ask the staff. Visit to test it fly on the wall style, easier to write a list of what this store doesn't stock I should think! Some sort of clever electronics device in the store limits your videos to only 1 second long. I dont know how they do that but I don't like that, either. Time that went for a start!!! Staff knowledgeable when asked, a team ethic here? Want you to revisit? = sales! Some great stuff, experience it live/running!
