   December 25. Disapointed. Love the Tool Box & been going to the Nuneaton shop for many years. Gutted when it closed! But happily found Atherstone & been going ever since. Go all the way from Nuneaton, just for the Tool Box as I know I'll find what I want & much more too! Great fun browsing with 'like minded people' too, lol! Today however is the second time I've been spoken to by staff there in a particularly unfriendly way. Fist time, by the lady cashier, I shrugged it off as 'maybe me misinterpreting' or something similar. But today I actually felt threatened by the very rude shop worker putting stock out from a basket. He ignored me when I first asked for help so I had to run after him continuing to ask for help & when I had to ask him again, & I was short with him due to his attitude, because I still couldn't find what I needed, he was really rude & threatening! As a professional manager of many years experience, I'm not easily shocked but this certainly shocked me & made me feel vulnerable. Exactly not what you would expect as a loyal customer! This time I only spent a few quid, last time it was over 70. Never again. (Young man on the till was very friendly & helpful & you could learn a lot from him)! Tool Box Ashby or Amazon for me in future! Good luck to you!

   Had a negative experience, I went into the shop to buy something but experienced prejudice and discrimination because I am from the traveling community. I was accused of shoplifting and spoken to impolitely. Even after I had proved my innocence and the staffs accusations to be wrong they did not apologise and continued to be ill mannered. I didn't buy what I needed and definitely won't be going back.

   What a gem this shop is, every high street should have one. Sooo much to look at, sometimes it is easier to ask the assistant, which we did do, he was nice and helpful. It is good to chat to people like this as they have alot of knowledge about their products. A must shop for boaters, actually for anyone. This shop brought back memories of the type of shops that were around years ago. Who does not like nostalgia! Absolutely loved this shop.
