   Awful experience if I am honest. Unclean tables, unclean floors, when there was only 5 customers in the place and 4 team members so not sure why wiping tables and cleaning the recycling area was a problem. The first team member looked miserable, the 2nd girl looked FUMING when I asked why my drinks were in paper cups given we made it clear we were sitting in. No napkins anywhere and not even a spoon or stirrer offered. Even though I mentioned the paper cups I was looked at as if I was being cheeky. If I want a treat and buy a coffee I expect it in a proper cup! The atmosphere is awkward and I couldn't wait to get out of there. Avoid the snarls, avoid the costly paper cups, avoid the stains on seats and drips on tables. JUST AVOID!!

   Awful, took 45 minutes to get a coffee from the drive thru, if in the shop would have just left but trapped in drive thru queue. Not even an apology for the wait. All for overpriced average coffee

   Place has gone to shit. Had my order set up in the app, ordered at 11.57 when I arrived at the back of the queue. Didn’t make it through the drive thru with my drinks until 12.35. 38 minutes to get through a queue of about 8 cars. Avoid.

   1st of all: It wasn’t the cleanest Starbucks that I’ve been; 2nd: I’ve asked for napkins as it was a takeaway order and there wasn’t! I don’t understand How a restaurant has no napkins!! 3rd: she broke my cake when she put into the pack and ruined the chocolate on the top of it.

   It was a nice little visit. The place was clean, the service was quick and the coffee was hot. A bonus was that the cheese in the toastie didn't melt my mouth but was still hot.

   Easily the worst Starbucks ever. You have to wait for ages. They don’t take Amex and most times I go they won’t take Starbucks card either. Can’t order from the Starbucks app. Toilets are filthy. Guy at the till today (29/10) was so rude and aggressive

   Have to admit what a dump had coffie inside coffee was given in paper cups got some slices of cake put in to paper bags. Papper bags were then placed on counter were it was wet from coffee spills tables were not clean floor was a mess staff would rather be somewhere else. have only been to Starbucks 3 times do prefer costa were you get porcelain cups and plates. We did say we would be eating in also only 4 people in so not busy.

   Although this can get very busy at times the staff are really efficient, so the speed of service is at minimum what you would expect but generally fast. The quality of the coffee served is consistently good. The staff are attentive, friendly and welcoming.
