Iβm not normally one to write reviews but oh my goodness I have to report how shocking the service, food and atmosphere was at this cafe today. Firstly, the blonde worker was muttering and swearing under her breath as she made each coffee. She was clearly struggling lone working but that is not the customerβs fault. Anyway, we ordered our food and drinks and sat down. We waited nearly 30 minutes for two slices of toast and some banana bread. In the end, I had to go to the bloody hatch myself and ask to take my own food as no one was serving it. The breakfast was missing ingredients and the toast was burnt with no butter. Definitely avoid.

Treated myself and my daughter to a breakfast, the food was not cheap to be honest, and was absolutely dreadful, only just warm, overcooked sausages, cold fried egg, and baked beans, or should I say stodge, that had obviously been sitting keeping warm from the day before! Unedible. Do they have staff issues as staff seemed uniterested, tables left full of dishes, makes you think, a don't care attitude. The cafe lacks atmosphere, and it shows in the staff. Perhaps management needs to get involved.

I've been here at least four times to eat with the family and on my own. The food has never really disappointed, until now. Went in for breakfast and had chorizo and avocado eggs. It was freezing cold, toast has very very hard and cold eggs were cold. The thing that seems to be going wrong is the bell between kitchen service and

This cafe experience sums up the country today. Used to be Okay, but going down hill rapidly. It was Okay in the past. Not been for a while, will never go back again. It is now all automated self service screens. A debacle. Two coffees cost Β£7. Machine did not take club card. Menu and instructions were nonsensical and difficult to navigate. Took about 10 minutes faffing about. Went today. I'm pretty tech savvy, but others were struggling in the queue. This is not progress. For that price I could of had a Costa experience. Two small pathetic coffees arrived in Plastic cups, no lid. Abysmal. So much so I am taking the time to give an equally abysmal review. Tesco get your act together, your Bidston store is decent, why let your customers down. People want a pleasurable experience after shopping. This was anything but. Bad experience, bad service, vad coffee, bad value.

Way over priced for the food you get on youre plate Β£7.75 for 2 sausages 2 bacon 1 egg, 2 hashbrowns beans and one toast. The food came out with in a few minutes indicating that it is all pre cooked, but yet it was mostly cold
