   Called in to grab a coffee on my way to see a friend in Chester. There 2 people in front of me who had ordered drinks. I placed my order and didnt get it until 20 minutes later. Everyone else who came in after me were served and left. When I eventually got my coffee it was wrong and had to wait again for the worst coffee ever. The girls serving didn't have any consideration for anyone hard of hearing as they just plonked the drinks down with a pitiful call out. Thankfully the deaf man who was stood waiting had been told by someone else his tea was there. An absolute shambles. The Starbucks on the other side of the A55 is so much better

   The service was dreadful the girl with brown hair working on 22/11/2025 was outrageous. I came to the counter she didn’t make eye contact muttered under her breath , we asked for a large caramel cappuccino then she repeated and asked if we wanted a Frappuccino ? And a medium ? Then we repeated ourselves. We then said we wanted two large coffees , we then have to wait ten minutes when no one but me and my partner was in there .. then they handed us one MEDUum Capp when we’d asked for a large 3times . Then when I asked if this was a mistake she rolled her eyes and said you ordered a medium but then made mine a large ? I looked at the receipt which was £14.35 which is both large drinks and let my partner deal with a medium even though we complained and told her that we’d requested a 2 large coffees . Then she still made mine a large which took another five minutes because she knew we’d ordered two larger but couldn’t be bothered making a fresh large for my partner . and I’ve got a modelling shoot to get to ! Not happy at all with the service we got over charged because she made one a medium when we said large 3 times and then questioned her about the medium and she persisted that we’d ordered a medium .

   Sign on door says open till 18:30, door locked at 18:05. Poor attitude from manager not giving a monkeys about the sign stated opening times. Poor performance

   Very dirty, partly due to high footfall but also lack of repair and maintenance. Car park full of litter and shop surfaces very worn and tired. Coffee was fine, but staff member was distracted and bored as it was quiet off peak time.

   COFFEE- Decent coffee, nice strength, good size...nothing to complain about . FOOD-Average croissant, nit much filling on inside . SERVICE- Average, kinda happy staff . ATMOSPHERE- Lots of chairs, one other person in there

   Good coffee, but seen a fly in the cakes. Put me right off. Also can I get a new tyre with my coffee ? As the pot holes as you go in are absolutely ridiculous! Looks like a meteor has hit the floor !

   Huge space with a few customers. Expensive. People pop in for the toilet. They're not happy with that much but on the motorway it has been advertised as toilet - not only for customers but anyone who need. Otherwise the last service point to Chester direction, so make sure you stop there if you need!

   Vacuous place selling indifferent coffee by disinterested staff. Toilets were pretty dirty with wet floors, litter and no toilet paper in the ladies. The car park is also heavily pot holed.

   Stopped off for a coffee and toilet break. Toilets were disgusting, the whole cafe looked grubby, lady behind the till was miserable, the barista was more friendly. Not the best Starbucks needs a tidy up and some staff training on friendly customer service.
