Went into the Reebok store. It took two attempts for a member of staff to come and get the product. She had no communication with me - gave me the item and just walked away. I won't be back to this particular store. Service was extremely poor.
Walked into Sports Direct Middlebrook tonight about 1845, for some trainers, found some I liked but wrong size, looked around for help. Nobody seemed interested, so you lost the sale!!!!
I had a very bad experience with customer service; it took ages to assist me! Disappointed.
If I could give zero stars, then I would. Had the most bizarre experience in the fitting rooms I think I’ve ever had. When I asked to try on two swimming costumes the fitting rooms were seriously questionable. The fitting rooms barely covered me (at 5ft 5), with the metal doors leading straight onto the shop floor, I ended up getting changed directly behind the tiny door to reserve the very little dignity that I had left. All of this was after the only way I was permitted to use the abysmal fitting rooms was to hand over my handbag (what on earth), I was told that it was company policy and that the manager would be watching the colleague to check this was done (again, what!!!??). I was made to feel very uncomfortable and the whole experience has me sworn to never return, what kind of shop is this!?
It's cheap and all which is good for the financial crisis going round nowadays, but I've got very expensive taste for very luxurious quality of clothing. So it's not that good to me, I prefer jdsports due to better quality clothing and trainers despite it being a bit more costly. In my opinion, sports direct is good when you don't have much money but need some good quality sportswear for the price your able to afford
Called in to get my son some football boots and found a pair we liked, took them to the till and the price on the box wasn’t the price they charged me at the till, they was unwilling to abide by the price on the box. Very disappointed
Awful today. I am aware that the store was closing in 10 minutes but the girl wasn’t letting me go through the clothing rail. Every time I moved to a different side of the rail she would follow me blocking the way. The moment it hit closing time she told me to get out just as if she was waiting to tell me that. I understand that the store was closing but it’s ridiculous when there were more people in the store looking around. I found it very rude and uncomfortable.
Lots of choice and really good prices. Just one thing that bothers me is nothing appears to be the price it says. Today my Goalkeeper gloves were half the price they said. A few weeks ago some shorts were £10 more.
