WOW! What a gem of a find to get phone repair. I travelled there from Cuffley after reading good reviews. My phone was ok - but battery charging port had become defunct - older phone and would just not charge. Jo was able to check this was indeed the problem before even starting repair. Brilliant that there is parking right outside the shop - and the shop is beautifully decorated. Jo replaced my charging port- and I got my phone brought back to life. Fantastic! Very grateful for your knowledge and understanding and care.
Jo is fabulous! Knowledgeable and helpful, Jo always jumps up and helps me when I have a crisis with my work and private phones. Can't recommend her enough....she also sells accessories and can order most things in! Thanks for all your help x
Excellent service and clear, helpful advice. Jo quoted me a price over the phone and when I got there and she realised I had an older model of iPhone she said the price was much less. Because it was an older phone it was a difficult job for her and took 10 minutes longer than she thought, but she stayed open late so I could have it fixed on the day - and she wouldn’t accept any more money for the extra work. I really value her honesty and customer service, and have already recommended her to others.
Most amazing experience at a ’beautifully decorated pink repairs shop! These qualities explain the lady that fixed my phone: elegant, smart, responsive, honest, amiable and above all, humane! She knew exactly what the problem was and got it fixed within minutes. To my greatest surprise and admiration, she didn't collect a dime from me even when. Insisted to show appreciation. According to her, it was just a minor issue that she wouldn't charge for!
Dont bother I took my sons p20 lite in with a cracked screen. when they eventually opened at 11am, then collected the next day once home found the camera was obscured and the screen cracked when I put it in the case because the it wasn't seated properly on the frame, took it back they agreed to repair it again when I went to collect at 12 on Saturday to find shop closed an hour later they returned to the shop , once home realised the screen had a mark under the glass and the following day the back cover came away and the screen unseated . Contacted the shop and sent pictures of the issues to request a refund to be told that they would only do a full refund if they could have the screen back so had to accept a 50 percent refund or waste more time, so in short dont waste your time
