SHOCKING - Under no circumstances use this company or shop. My elderly mother in law has been trying to get a replacement dishwasher after their installers broke the brand new one she bought with them. 3 weeks down the line (still broken), they continue to offer zero help and spin a web of constant lies. They are refusing a replacement request even though it’s within trading standard guidelines. Please buy your white goods from a different supplier/shop.
