Ordered a Buffalo Buttermilk fried chicken burger with chips. The fried chicken was cooked in RANCID OIL and the taste was revolting…. Chips were nice, it mustn’t have been cooked in the same oil as the chicken.

Got Chicken Strips & Chicken Nuggets with BBQ sauce & Coleslaw and it was pretty good oh with a pint of Classic Coca-Cola. Service was Great, didn't wait too long and Staff were decent ☺️ Atmosphere is Enjoyable, I like this I thought.

The Childwall Fiveways Hotel is named after the five exits on the roundabout. It is a large comfortable wetherspoons with a wide choice of beers lager and cider including five hand-pulled cask conditioned real ales. The service was very quick and efficient the staff are very friendly. I had the full English breakfast which was very good. There are some good photographs of George Harrison on the wall. There is a nice outside seating area and a pay and display car park. Take your ticket into the pub and receive a parking refund on your order.

Great pub, can be a bit busy at times but doesn't take away from the good food and quick service. You can order on the app for quick table service. Clean and tidy interior.

My favourite wetherspoons on my current trip to Liverpool. Great atmosphere during the afternoon of New Year's Eve. I was fortunate enough to have a very good Jaipur for £1.88. The chicken wings and hot sauce went down well. The only disappointment was that the £4 off Christmas dinner wasn't available despite the signs.

Very nice and welcoming pub. Service was good and we loved the refill hot drinks machine. Very reasonably priced to. Had a fault with our food order and the staff very quickly apologised and changed it without any bother.

Used to love coming her before the pandemic, great place for a cheap drink and solid meal. After a couple years of avoiding I stopped by today as I was in the area. The whole place was filthy top to bottom, flies buzzing, filthy tables, days of grime. I appreciate it’s a Monday after a big weekend but it was quiet. No effort was made to clean anything. This place was always disgusting but after all we’ve been through you’d think they would be on top of it now. Got some mains which were an absolute 0/10, everything tasted a week old, stale falling apart bun, tasteless chicken burger, wilted lettuce. My partner had the half chicken and it was grey and well past it’s best, not at all fresh. I can only imagine the state of the walk in. Absolutely nothing like it used to be, even on off days before the food was always solid. I was offered a filthy glass with my bottle, lipstick and everything. didn’t bother asking for another. Shocking, put me off spoons for good, I managed to go 2 years without going to one, let’s see if I can make that 10. Probably ok if you just want a cheap dirty drink but don’t eat here. Staff were lovely and great as always, not their fault. Mgmt need to sit down and eat what I ate and sit where I sat, then give themselves a kick up the backside.

Popped in for a quick refresher and had one of those low calorie drinks. I would recommend this to anyone who doesn't really drink or is taking it easy or watching their calorie intake. Here's a picture! I describe it as a carbonated water without sugar or sweeteners (I really dislike sweeteners) my personal taste that is. Added with a hint of flavour subtle but effective. Still it's 5% alcohol.
