They were friendly, efficient, and made the whole process easy — especially appreciated after getting no help from the Chester branch.    Friendly, helpful staff who were able to advise me on a new car battery quickly and ensure I left with the correct product. I was very impressed with staff on a previous visit too when the cycle team helped me with a child’s bike that had been damaged in transit. Great that they offer Blue Light discount too.

   Bought bike cassette today, asked bike assistant if he could fit it, thought would have to leave and come back, but he said could do it now. He took old cassette off and replaced new in minutes, checked gearing and bike, I was very impressed, Sol the bike assistant was very good and helpful.

   Great service. Ordered online, drove to the store and spoke to a gentleman just inside the doorway. He got my wiper blades out of a cupboard, walked to my car and fitted them! 5mins tops! Well done Halfords. :-)

   Went in for snow foam and an air freshener! Greeted by a member of staff ( nice touch ) was helped sign up to their motoring club which is free, spend over £20 and you get £5! Perfect! So snow foam and air freshener was a tad cheaper. Mark was super helpful and popped out to my car and topped up my screen-wash! Perfect customer service! This is how it’s done guys!! Well done! 10/10
