“My son's bike hadn't been used for a couple of years and was in desperate need of a service and new inner tubes. I contacted Simon, who called out to collect the bike and to talk me through what he was going to do to ensure that the bike was road worthy again. He returned the bike a couple of days later, looking like new and in full working order. Simon was a delight to deal with and was professional, knowledgeable and very courteous throughout.
