   Placed an order for collection, of several different dishes from the menu. Advised food would be ready within 20 minutes which I thought was brilliant considering it was a Saturday evening. Everything was piping hot when we collected and we received free prawn crackers. Food tasted lovely, chicken was nice and soft and curry had just the right heat to it in my dish. I’d also recommend the crispy chilli chicken which my husband had which was delicious! I shall definitely be ordering from here again.

   I placed a large order, some of which we needed to be vegan. The staff were really accommodating and helped me find suitable meals. Food arrived in decent timing, tasted great and was hot. All arrived including a couple a freebies. Would definitely place an order again. Thank you so much!

   First time to use. Popped up my deliveroo, but i am not paying £6 for delivery. Served by a lovely young man who knew practically every dish by heart, he was very helpful when we struggled to locate items. Food was good, however I hate duck on the bone and that's how they do it here and it was overly dry and crunchy. I'm so used to it coming off the bone now I forgot to ask. Their spicy smoked chicken is amazing as is the chilli beef. The starter for 2 is stingy on the prawn toast only giving 2 where as most give 4. Definitely go back again but not for duck. Atmosphere was a 2 purely because those poor fish need something in their tank as a stimulus! A plant at least, plus they need cleaning shrimp or a sucker fish to clean it!

   Thought I’d try this Chinese after getting a menu through the post a few months ago. I’ve been on the hunt for “the Chinese” and I think I’ve found it. Can order online so that’s a massive plus. The food was really good. Lots of flavour not too greasy just overall really good reasonably priced food. Will definitely be back. Delivery was pretty prompt and arrived hot. My only gripe is I ordered a can of normal coke and got a diet one but who cares. Food is really good so that’s all that matters.

   Bought crispy duck tonight for dinner. The worst duck I have ever eaten. Not crispy at all. Hardly any duck for the money. Food wasn't warm. I will never get food again from this Chinese. No stars that bad.

   Tried to call repeatedly between 6-7pm to order, couldn’t get through. Drove down at 7:15 and placed my order. Was told half hour wait. Ended up waiting an hour and 15 minutes. Other people arrived expecting deliveries at 6:30 and food was only just being dished up at 8:00pm! Out of my order placed I ordered 4 Spring Rolls, only received 3. Ordered Set Menu B and the Egg Fried Rice was missing and the two bags of Pork Balls, both overcooked and really greasy. Used a few years ago and service was good. Won’t be using again. Avoid!

   Ordered meal via website, nothing after two hours, I phoned and asked to wait on the line, the call was then disconnected after a few minutes. I called back and was told they were waiting for delivery driver but would be sent out. 30 mins later and nothing, so phoned again and was told still waiting for delivery driver. After 3 hours I asked them to cancel the order and refund my money. I was told it would be done Monday and money with me by Thursday. I emailed them Monday to ensure this was done, no response. I waited until Friday and refund not with me. I sent another email and no reply. Will now have to phone them again. Really not acceptable and will not use again!

   If you like a dish full of onions then great. A mixed seafood dish with only 5 pieces of seafood (3 squid & 2 muscles) amongst a whole chopped onion is extremely disappointing. I’ve never seen such a thing. A mixed seafood dish this was not. Also shredded chicken was not shredded chicken. More like deeply fried then not bothered to be shredded chicken. Also in a container full of onions. Worst Chinese that we’ve had in ages. I get that times are tough but you ruined both our dinners so won’t use again.

   These guys not only make amazing food but they really go the extra mile to help their customers. I recently ordered food from them and had an extra special request from them to get a particular treat for a certain special someone at the shop next door. These guys were so helpful and popped into the shop, got what I’d asked for a delivered it, without question. They couldn’t have been more accommodating. I use them regularly like I said and the food and service are always 5 star to but this time, they really went over and above! Thank you guys, you’re the best!!
