   Update: 26 May, 2025 i work in retail, so i'm gonna tell you exactly what went on here on my last visit. i have a blue co-op membership card, i got to the till, the unhelpful server wouldn't give me the member discount. i said i wanted to speak to manager, she delayed... eventually a "duty manager" talked to me... she said my card was "the wrong color" (note neither she nor the server offered me the YELLOW discount card, even though i am already a "co-op member"). she moaned about putting "member price" items back that i refused to buy. this "manager" called herself "shaz" (note she didnt give me her real name).. she didnt have her name badge on which she is meant to be wearing... she claimed the real (probably store manager) was "busy". its just poor, misleading service. wont be returning...

   This is to be the worst Co-op store locally. shelves are never filled up, fridges always missing stock. If there are more than 2 people in front of you in the queue, you may as well put your shopping down and go home. The service is so slow!! Always one person on the till and no one on the shop floor. The shop seems to be run and staffed by old women and no one has any urgency or shows any willingness to work!

   It's a decently sized store but the prices in Co op can be a little steep but there are regular special offers to be had. It is a community store which means you can suggest places in the area which co op will donate to. Staff are all nice and friendly too.

   I would give 0 star if I could, staff are very rude and unpolite, they treat customers like slaves.... old ladies at the till are so moody, especially the skinny one, they can't see properly to scan my parcel and they don't wanna help, the skinny one talked to me like am a slave and said printer is not working and she turned and ignored me, they hate doing parcels while the service is there....and always don't wanna help

   Completely revamped, now has a modern farmhouse feel with lots of fresh new produce, great layout and even a mini home section. Great improvement on its convenience offering. Really love the changes and the friendly staff that always on hand to help!

   This shop has always had a problem with ques. Your always waiting so long. Could be so much better. Refurb very recently so the shop is a lot better now. They should have changed the staff too though, I find most of them really rude, and a little backwards if you know what I mean!!

   Went in store about 12.30 pm today, queue at kiosk, trouble with self service points and only one cashier! I went to look for more staff at the back of the store, spoke to one person and she said she was helping a customer but she was gassing to one of her "off duty" colleagues, when I got back to the kiosk backup had arrived but there was still quite a queue. I am not usually dissatisfied with this store but today took the biscuit, I used the store for convenience but I will think twice next time.

   Been going here for 20 years. Love that some of the original staff are still here. Majority are really polite and helpful. Shelves are always stocked and neat though the franchise on a whole is quite expensive and special offers disappear without warning. I guess that is head office control. All in a pleasant, clean and orderly midi supermarket.
