   Collection of two items from the Rhyl store , lady down stairs no customer service skills at all no acknowledgement to start, said I got a Internet order to pick up , what's order number she said then just dragged item across the floor. There was no please, thank you or politeness to the process. Up stairs to pick up a new bike, dealt with once approached the till area with better service helped down stairs with bike, but again just left there no question's asked to how or if any help needed to get into transport. All in all just felt a bit disappointed with the visit..

   It is the most awful experience. I booked an appointment on line for a roof rack for my van at the Rhyl branch on the 4th Nov, I ordered and paid in full for the roof rack and fitting. I was told it would be fitted that week and they would phone me with the details. By midday Friday 7th of November, I hadn’t received a phone calls. I then spent over an hour on the phone to the help desk and couldn’t get through to the Rhyl branch. After an hour I was told that it be earliest it could be done was the 12th November. This wasn’t suitable as I was working that week. I then asked for a refund and I was told I had to visit the Rhyl branch which was nearly 20 miles away. I then made the journey to get my refund. I enquired as to why this was delayed and the manager to me it was because of sickness. This is unacceptable as I should have be informed about this at the earliest opportunity. This poor service had costed me a lot of time wasted and my business a lot of money. I am one very very unhappy customer!!

   Needed oil topping up. Bought 1 litre of oil. Had the 5 point check done and Oil put in for free because I signed up to have the check done. My coolant was low and screen wash/ water low. Both topped up free of charge Really great service and lovely staff!

   Went in the store unsure of what to buy, but one of the workers named Jeff was very understanding and informative. Thanks to him I managed to buy the correct cleaning equipment for my bike, and he also explained how clean the bike and what to avoid which was really helpful. If I have any problems I will definitely come to use the service Halfords has to offer. 10/10

   Went for a light bulb and not wanting to get my hands dirty decided to take advantage of the in-house fitting service. The young lady who replaced the bulb was brilliant, Halfords also carried out a winter check free of charge. Noticing my wheelhubs were looking a bit worce for wear recommended getting a new set which I did. Struggling to fit them she came back out to help me. I'd like to bring her good service to the attention of Halfords. Sorry I didn't get her name, she did have a distinctive hair cut. Well done. Regards Mr Reynolds.
