I visited with my 3 years old granddaughter, she had a wonderful time. She enjoyed the snow play with the sledges and slides, the panto, and Christmas village in equal measure. I enjoyed seeing everyone having so much fun. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I would thoroughly recommend it.

From the moment we stepped into the Winter Wonderland at the Snowdome, we were completely swept away by the magic. Every detail was beautifully done, creating a truly Christmassy atmosphere that felt straight out of a festive dream. The panto was absolutely incredible – full of laughter, energy, and charm, and enjoyed by everyone. Sledging on real snow was a standout highlight, especially with all the snow machines working away, making it feel like a genuine winter wonderland. The inflatable tobogganing added an extra burst of excitement and fun, and the animal experience was a lovely, heart-warming touch that made the day even more special. The photo opportunities were so thoughtfully planned, allowing us to capture precious moments and memories that we’ll treasure forever. Every corner felt magical and well organised, making the whole experience seamless and enjoyable from start to finish. A truly five-star experience – we had the most amazing time. Thank you to everyone at the Snowdome for creating such a wonderful and unforgettable evening! ❄️✨

What a great experience, if you love snow boarding, Ice skating, sleding, it is cold in there so you need to wrap up warm , there is a santa show and lots of different animals to see and pet, you can also buy food for them , great for the little kids . The kids can also write a letter to santa (adults too).

We booked this way in advance so we got tickets for a reasonable price. My children who are 5 & 7 enjoyed the activities however information was sparse to say the least. Due to flooding we were given a separate post code of a place to park after putting that post code into Google maps it took us down what I guess was the main high street that said no cars should be driving down. We ended up lost and just having to go to the actual snowdome who gave us the exact same post code to follow which we explained didn’t work so they suggested the name of the car park itself. When we arrived inside the doorway for winter wonderland was visible however no instruction on specific checking requirements so we waited in line to check in to be told oh no it’s not this desk it’s that one over there. So we quest again to be told no you don’t check in until ten minutes before. So we went and sat in aspens where we didn’t have time to have any food or drink as we were only 15 mins early. When we checked in we were told they kids under 16 wear helmets and a photo pass to take photos along the way. No further instruction on how long each event would last. We enjoyed the snow area but didn’t see any areas to scan and take photos. At the end of the snow play the announcer said to following a member of the team which there were none so we found the door ourselves. The play was short and my kids enjoyed it some what but the seats were crammed together and little children couldn’t see past any adults sat in front of them so they all had to sit on adults laps. During the play there was an instruction to follow a dance which went so quickly it was impossible to follow as it took quite a while to get everyone in our party stood to where they could actually see the dance was actually over my son said “well that was pointed I couldn’t see and they went too fast” The next stage animal area was nice but very full. Not much for my older child who doesn’t really like farm animals and was abit big for the one small ride that was there. They did write letters to Santa which they enjoyed and they did get a balloon animal after approx 15 minute wait in a queue. I enjoyed the piglets and the hot chocolate was nice but way too hot for children to drink. On the way out we saw someone with the scan photo area which is the only area we saw any photos being taken. We didn’t take part in this. We did get a nice chocolate on the way out which the kids enjoyed a lot! The chocolate lady was very lovely and polite. Over all I’d have been very disappointed had I paid the full price for these tickets. My kids did have fun but as an adult it wasn’t value for money. Probably just stick to the snow play next year.

Despite being a bit cold it was an amazing experience. We've enjoyed the theatre, ice skating, and going around the place.

We went off peak and when the price was cheaper. So we paid 33 and change I think for me, my 8 year old and my 20 month old. They had a blast. Was worth every penny. Wasn't best pleased about getting sprayed in the show though. My son had taken his boots off and my daughter has electrical medical equipment. I'd of liked a warning at least. We arrived late and the Time In the snow was still good. We did a couple laps. There were plenty of rubber rings for slides (we did go off peak. Late on a school night) my daughter had a few goes on the snow slopes. So did my son. We had photos done and sleigh rides as there was adequate sleighs. Then we saw santa in the show. The show was really good and although you didn't sit with santa and have one on one he does ask the kids what they want for Christmas and interacts with them. Then the animals part was nice. They were so cute. Carousel was a hit as was the magic post box to send santa letters. Hot chocolate was closed though. Overall, a good day. Didn't feel short changed. It wasn't dragged out. Managed to get the kids home for dinner time! I will say accessibility wasn't the best though. Lots of steps.

In a nutshell the whole experience was pretty boring and underwhelming. One circuit to walk around with a few miniature slopes to slide down. My 7 and 8 year old girls were trying to look like they were having fun, however, the lack or enthusiasm to slide down nothing more than a garden slide (one slide which was slightly better, however, still not that exciting) was very evident. The show was really basic, we had one little chuckle but all in all very forgettable. The animals were ok but my daughters had become so disengaged by this time there was no pulling it back. You could buy a small hot chocolate in this area, however, given the price of the tickets and compared to experiences we have been on over the years, I feel that this should have been complimentary. No meet and greet with Santa which they said they are not doing due to covid. A year ago we were able to meet Santa elsewhere and we have moved on so much since then, just feels like a cop out!! I expected a small 89p selection box at the very least for the kids at the end, however, they were given 2 small chocolate Santa's (as in the sort you hang on your tree)!! They were grateful of course, however, you could sense the slight disappointment!! It was so overpriced for a relatively boring 90 minutes. We are generally easily pleased and make the best of things but honestly, there are so many great Santa experiences out there, please choose another one and don’t waste your money here!! Merry Christmas all.

This is our first visit to Winter Wonderland inside the Tamworth Snow Dome. Due to the Government changing the law it was mandatory to wear a facial covering indoors and a big A board sign outside made you aware of that. We brought an extra set of clothes for the boys and put the bag in a locker (20p non refundable) so we didn't have to carry it around with us. Gloves, coats and warm boots are the order of the day. After being checked in you follow the passageway until you get to where helmets are provided for the children (sledging and rubber tube slides). You then wait for a message on the screens from Santa's elf and after a countdown the doors open and the cold air hits you as you enter. There is loose snow on the ground and coloured lights shine down from the ceiling, you can pull your child around on one of the sledges provided and there are also slides where they sit on small inflatable tyres. After about 30 minutes your ushered into the theatre where Santa explains to Rudolf the meaning of Christmas with the help of a time travelling sleigh. (20 minute show) When the show ends Santa wishes us all a Merry Christmas and your then escorted to the back of the theatre which leads to a large room here is the Christmas Carousel and there are goats, guinea pigs and some llamas. There is also a few photo opportunities by the Christmas tree, Santa's house and a ski lift seat. When you've finished you leave via a ramp and if you've had any photos taken they can be purchased at this point. We were offered a chocolate and wished a Happy Christmas. The staff were courteous during our stay But I gave four stars as was disappointed that alot of visitors were not wearing their facial coverings and this was sadly not inforced!! I would say it's not bad value for money, but if your looking to meet Santa this experience is not for you.
