Went here a couple of months ago. Ordered food and for some reason it took the kitchen and staff 40 minutes to tell us they hadn’t started defrosting the soup and to order something else …. 40 minutes, are you serious? Waitress did not care and looked to be uninterested in working, no apologies given, just wanted us out of there even thought it was 7pm. Was not worth the $$$ spent. Portions small, service bad, and with hardly any customers in restaurant, how did it take 40 minutes to report the soup was not an option?? Very silly….. do not go here for at all

Words cannot express my extreme disappointment and frustration after attending my cousin's birthday celebration here. The abysmal food, sluggish service, and the incompetence of the lone waitress were only overshadowed by the atrocious behavior of the restaurant manager, Matthew. I feel compelled to share my nightmarish experience to warn others from enduring a similar ordeal. The so-called "culinary creations" served were an affront to anyone with functioning taste buds. The flavors were bland, the presentation was lackluster, and the portions were laughably minuscule. It felt like the kitchen staff had given up. One would expect a reasonably staffed restaurant to handle a birthday party, but it seems they failed miserably. With only one waitress barely managing to address the demands of all the customers, the service was unbearably slow. Our orders were consistently mixed up, and our dishes arrived cold and unappetising. It's unbelievable how an establishment can operate with such little regard for customer satisfaction. The utter breakdown of service would have been bad enough, but Matthew, the manager, elevated our misery to an entirely new level. Instead of addressing our concerns, he responded with rudeness, displaying a complete lack of empathy or professionalism. Matthew's condescending attitude and dismissive behavior towards paying customers were absolutely shocking. His inability to lead, manage, or even listen to customers' legitimate complaints solidified the unpleasant experience we had. : In summary, my visit to Zeya Lounge for my cousin's birthday celebration was nothing short of a disaster. The appalling food quality, abysmal service due to understaffing, and the outright disrespectful demeanor of the manager, Matthew, left us feeling frustrated and disheartened. I strongly advise anyone considering dining at this establishment to spare themselves the torment and seek out a more competent, customer-oriented venue

Went here for my friends PRIVATE DINING birthday dinner, not only did they try to give her a table on the main room floor but the owner was so nonchalant about it even though they had been in communication for weeks planning it. Then the cocktails?!!!! So disgusting! Bartender didn’t know what she was doing but how could she when she was the one who was meant to be bringing the food to us. Now the food… we waited over 2 hours for the food and when it arrived it was cold! The taste wasn’t great either. Was such a horrible experience! And they really tried to ruin the birthday girls birthday! They need to change the owner and staff because they don’t know what they’re doing there!

I had a nice experience visiting this restaurant, I bought a sharing platter for my friends and I tasted it, I would say the taste was great and my friend enjoyed it. It took a while for the food to come out but we were told before hand and that helped with managing our expectations more so we weren’t in a hurry, the lady staff that attended to us came to check on us and ask if we were ok regularly and was warm to chat with. I reckon it’s pricey but not necessarily out of scope for that location. We were the only table as it was quite late, all the same the ambient was great with lovely music. The facilities available was outstanding would recommend and I will be back.

Dress Code - is it an AT fan club? “Sexy & Stylish for ladies, Dress to impress for Gents. No Hats, No Hoods, No Tracksuits Smart or designer box fresh trainers allowed. Ladies heels are strongly recommended” “ expect the obnoxious” Clearly. I wonder else is on their door staff’s list? Absolutely astonishing this is allowed in the city of London.

Service is very poor. We were in London for the weekend and came in to have brunch. Food quality wasn’t good. We ordered poached eggs but eggs were hard. Ordered coffee but this never came by the time food was out- the waiter asked if we still wanted them but by this time we had finished and wanted out. Food came out at different times.

MY favourite place in London. Really tasty and good quality food at a very good price. 2 courses lunch £13. Besides, Deniz the waiter is a really helpful nice guy who can advise you if you don't know what to choose.
