We’ve been coming to this Caffè Nero for a long time now, and there was always one person who made the place feel like home: a guy named Patrik Omg, he was genuinely one of the nicest people we’ve met. Every time my mother came in, he treated her with so much respect. He’d always take a moment to chat with her, ask how she was doing, and make her feel seen. She liked him a lot, and honestly, so did we. I usually don’t post reviews, but when we found out he left about a month ago, it felt right to finally write this. Wherever you are, or if you ever see this, God bless you, Pratik. You’re amazing, and may you get the absolute best in whatever you choose to do. Sorry for the long post, but we really do miss your smile, the daily coffee, and that little bit of happiness you added to our day. God bless you always.

Amazing coffee and their signature cinnamon bun! My son takes me here often and is my favourite coffee shop in Egham. Staff are so helpful and friendly to elderly and help you if you need your drink to be carried to table. They also remember your usual orders which is really sweet.

There seems to be a trend up and down the country, especially on Sundays, but almost certainly a few hours before closing times, baristas serve all drinks in takeaway cups. No matter which branch, I hear the same lie each time "The dish washer is broken". I personally hate drinking from takeaway cups and have started to walk out the moment I am told this. Lying to customers and the environmental impact of lazy staff is unacceptable.

Wilfred really enjoyed his coffee here. He had a croissant to to along with it and the staff were nice enough to heat it up for him. Great coffee and great service

Lovely cafe but sadly the recent baristas have failed to make consistently good coffee. Milk will be very foamy and bubbly when it’s a latte not a cappuccino that’s been ordered. Training for this branch would definitely benefit the employees.

Caffe cold , I asked twice to make it hot, but unfortunately it was cold, there was no foam, very bad, I will never go back there,I’m sorry but at home I can make cold caffe , waste the money

Avoid this place! Compering to any CN, this is a disgrace. New, unexperienced, not too nice staff at the weekend, 10 minutes wait for 2 cups of latte as they don't have the faintest idea how to make them. No eye contact, ignorance and no apology. Left them eventually. BTW the place is filthy ( had enough time to look around) generally gives a very poor impression.
