It really depends on who’s making the drinks. Today was really a miss. An iced chai tasted like there was coffee in it and it didn’t settle properly. They don’t have microwaves to heat the pastries. Honestly, just not consistent in general

Went here to collect a too good to go order with my baby. It was meant to be between 8.10-8.30pm and I got there at 8.22 to find it was closed. Shocking! Terrible customer service won’t be ever shopping here again

Wow! Karla is the most fantastic employee! She was so polite, kind, attentive, and even helped us to find several items on the menu we absolutely loved that we’ve never heard of! This place is a must go, if only for the incredible staff! And wow is the coffee good too! The best I’ve had in England!

Walked in, said hello. A girl sitting behind the till with a laptop on her lap, leaning bent knees on the counter. Totally ignored me, except for a murmur. Waited for a minute, never looked up, so I walked straight out. What a joke! As cold as Sweden :)

The BEST coffee in Surbiton. I would even say it's one of the best places for coffee in London and I have tried a lot of coffee! It's consistently good too which is a good thing considering I have served by a few different people, milk not burnt, not too hot etc. The cinnamon buns are really good and I like how they have a good range of Swedish delicacies - not that I have tried many of them as I keep on going back for those damn cinnamon buns....

Really cute little café tucked inside Surbiton station, its quality is higher than the nearby Caffe Nero. The pastries look delectable and the coffee tastes great. They even offer matcha lattes! Service was fantastic. After I'd been served, several people came in and requested specific drinks which the barista delivered efficiently; when asked about the coffee, he was able to answer everyone's questions.
