The best cafe on WP high street! Super friendly staff, excellent coffee quality, chill atmosphere and great service. Recommend to everyone!
Sofia the barista had our coffees all ready for us and she remembered what we always have to drink. Always amazing service at this Worcester park Caffè Nero. Tue staff are well lead and always friendly with attention to detail. Please pass Im a well done to Sofia the barista who served us.
Food? Tea, hot and served in a cup with a handle. Earl Grey, very nice. I recommend giving it a try. Service? Good, thanks. It was quick and relatively friendly. Atmosphere? Tables, mostly taken. Seems relatively popular. The music was hummable-along-to. Would absolutely come here for a cup of tea again, next time I'm in this particular high street.
Went in for a coffee and cake in a rainy afternoon. Friendly staff, good coffee and cake, lovely atmosphere. We visit this place regularly as a family as well and it has a good selection of drinks and food
These guys know what they're doing! Coffee is served quickly and absolutely spot on. The team are all brilliant and friendly, taking time to chat and know their customers even when the place is busy. The atmosphere they have created is the reason we come back time and time again and making it part of our day! Thank you guys

Had a meeting in coffee Nero two mornings ago, Lovely atmosphere and very relaxed.
This is a nice branch of Nero. Service has recently improved, but occasionally the tables are not cleared and the space feels unkempt. The space is also sometimes poorly heated.
