Yesterday I had a Filling and Hygiene Appointment with Gabrielle , it was the first appointment I'd had after my Consultation earlier in the year. I have to say she was absolutely amazing. I didn't feel the Needle at all and the whole experience was excellent. Gabrielle was very professional and talked me through the whole procedure.
Great service, I was running late for my appointment due to trafic congestion, I fully expected to have to reschedule the appontment but the receptionist asked my dentist Edward Atkin if he could fit me in if I waited a while and he did. It saved me rebooking and travelling there all over again. I really appreciated the effort and consideration shown to me, they didn't have to go the extra mile but they did.
Just wanted to convey my gratitude to Bupa Crosby who saw me as an emergency patient on Friday, which resulted in a tooth extraction. Reception team very friendly and helpful, the dentist and the dental nurse were very friendly and understanding. And I just wanted to thank you all for a wonderful service.
Recently had a tooth extracted by Dentist Mr McArdle. Totally painless didn't even know procedure was finished. After care thoroughly explained with information regarding any side effects. I found the whole team to be pleasant and professional. Thanks to all.

I was seen by Tom McArdle, who was incredibly friendly, professional, and made me feel completely at ease from the moment I walked in. He took the time to explain everything clearly and thoroughly, which I really appreciated as a new patient. The whole team were welcoming and the practice itself was clean and well-organised. I’m not sure what I have paid for? Was in the seat for literally a minute and I was rushed out of the door, it was a very quick look in my mouth, no scale and polish which I do need like most people do. I’m really disappointed with the service
