   Unfortunately, I cannot give zero. A couple of years ago I was promised they would complete some dental work as long as I could get some work done first on NHS. Here we are two years later and they have broken their promise. Two years on ago this would have been a five star. I don’t know what has happened happened in the intervening period but, they left me high and dry. I would avoid like the plague.

   This is on behalf of my husband, 2 weeks ago he went there to have a tooth out and was seen but been told he'd had an abcess, he took the 5 day course of antibiotics, and to this day he's still waiting for a call to say they can take the tooth out, he got told by the receptionist that it could be either them or holywell? That will contact him, after he went there to see what was happening? From other comments on here i can see why now that this company doesn't give a damn or they just can't be bothered. When he did go there like I said before the receptionist said they were extremely busy but 1 person was in the waiting room. Disgraceful!!!!

   Worst dentist ever had a appointment they never rang me with a time and now have put it as a no show the women on the phone was so rude and is suppose to work with the NHS really do not recommend worst dentist in wales

   Agree with the comment below if I could give 0 stars I would! Receptionist VERY rude, cancelled my appointments all the time, I didn't know if I was coming or going, tried to call to speak about what dates my appointments were but Receptionist was very rude, talked over me, didn't listen and hung up, I was taken off the books due to them cancelling appointments. Registered my little boy and they gave me someone else's consent form with the other child's phone number and address etc, Receptionist is often talking about highly inappropriate illegal things in the waiting area and slagging off the patients who have just called. Absolutely disgraceful!!

   It had been over a decade since I last had my teeth cleaned professionally. I was very nervous but Asad and Brooke were fabulous (room 2), I can't thank them enough for their compassionate and professional approach. I couldn't believe how good my teeth looked when they had finished. Thank you again Asad and Brooke, and everyone at Talking teeth, see you in 6 months.

   Waited 3 years to get a NHS dentist, had an appointment where i turned up on time Absolutely perfect, the 2nd appointment (3 weeks later) i had a flat tyre as i was leaving so i had to change the tyre. Call them to let them know the situation, closed for lunch, so called as soon as they were open, to let them know i was running late, for them to tell me "we wont be seeing you here again, you'll be taken off the books" which is absolutely disgusting.
