We recently ordered mens suits for our wedding ,once they were ordered the jackets arrived but the trousers were delayed beyond the 28 days we had to return the jackets . We also decided we needed two more of the suits but we’re struggling to order on line . We went into store at the Merry Hill Centre . We had a shop assistant called Racheal . She was amazing . She sorted everything out for us with the back order . Trousers arrived perfect match to jackets ,she also told me when next available stock was due . She then contacted us to say stock was now showing on line . We ordered and managed to get what we needed . Racheal was first class sales assistant . She went above and beyond what we expected .
