   Had a new bathroom from Bluewater 10 years which they designed and installed which we been very pleased with. Recently had a problem with the shower and went back to them. Nothing was to much trouble to help us resolve the problem which is now fixed. Would recommend them for the quality of products and excellent customer service . We were helped as before by Tracy she is a total credit to the business.

   Couldn’t be happier with the vanity unit bought and the customer service was the best I had since I started renovations. Haps from the customer service team was particularly helpful, patient and reassuring, making sure they do everything possible to still meet the delivery deadline when there was a small issue with the worktop. Impressive product at a fraction of the price, everything carefully packed and included, as per the item description. Even the sink and tap, which were included, were a good brand and brilliant quality. Overall, extremely satisfied with the item and service. Would choose them again in the future.
