   Steen fitted my headlight bulbs for me today. He was very efficient with the service and polite. He made me feel very comfortable and spoke to me about the process of fitting the bulbs. I would highly recommend anyone go to Steen for any work on your car.

   I had a generally positive experience at Halfords and found what I was looking for. The only thing I wanted to mention is that the colleague who served me on the bike department had noticeable hygiene issues, which made the interaction slightly uncomfortable. I’m sharing this as constructive feedback rather than a complaint, as I appreciate these things can sometimes be addressed with support and awareness.

   Rhys at Halfords New Malden was outstanding today. He was professional, calm and efficient. I had a car check, such as tyres, oil, and head lights. I trusted him fully with my car. He is without a doubt an outstanding member of the team. Halfords New Malden are lucky to have him. He wasn't just good to me but also reassured other members of the public, that they would be seen too quickly, when they approached him.

   Came on 24th August with my bike and a tubeless kit to convert the tyres to tubeless. Was told I need to buy new tyres for this because my current ones don't have "TR" showing it's compatible with the kit. Spent £90 on new tyres only for them to not use them in the installation on 31st August. On 31st August one staff member confirmed they had the tyres I ordered in store. Then his colleague took it away for the service. Two hours later, my bike has the same tyres it had before. They did not do the conversion using the new, right tyres. They told me that my bike's tyres were compatible with the tubeless kit. Two days later my bike tyres are completely flat. No sign of liquid sealant, as if the conversion was never done. Very frustrating, had purchased £90 of Halfords giftcards for these tyres and now the refund is pointless because it's back to a giftcard instead of cash. Also wasting huge amounts of time due to how staff couldn't agree on what needed to be used for my bike, and having to now waste several more days going in store to handle this.

   Joined the Halfords premium club and my car received the 10 point car check for free. Had the best help from John who pumped up all car tyres, added oil, checked wipers, topped up coolant, wiper fluid and anti freeze etc! Milo at the desk was very helpful with registration for the premium club and processing my discount and payment. I will also be getting a ‘free’ MOT in the near future via Halfords using my premium club subscription . All in all great customer service. Thank you Halfords.

   I was blown away with the top service which I received from Cameron and Reece. Cameron was extremely reassuring, polite and helpful and gave very sound advice and carried out the job very professionally. I had warning light on my dash board advising me to have the car checked out etc. I had my car full service check and car battery replaced by the Super Star Cameron. Also I was given the reassurance that if I have any problems just to back and ask him for help. These lovely men are a true asset to your company don't let them go. A big Thank you guys.

   Really professional and helpful! Oliver was nice and gave good advise regarding the bike to purchase for our son, only criticism would be, I feel more staff needed on the top floor, literally only saw two members of staff, one at the till (Oliver) the other on the floor dealing with customers, but there were alot of customers, We were waiting for sometime, luckily little man was so entertained by all the bikes, good service other than that!

   Needed a rear brake light for my car. Halfords New Malden were quick & efficient in supplying & fitting it for me. I was seen straight away & happy to pay the £8 fitting fee. Would definitely go back for something similar.
